Absolutely the worst ever. Over all of my years and that’s many. Today’s was horrible. The girls taking the order we’re playing over the microphone system in a shouting match. They never listened to our order. Got every item wrong. 1-5… -5!
The absolute Best Burger King I’ve had in years!!! My burger was hot and so were the fries. Cashier was super patient with me, as I hadn’t been to Burger King in a while and I took a sec to look at the menu. Thank you for the wonderful service. I enjoyed my meal.
Don’t waste your time or money. This is an absolute joke. I’ve driven through while they are open, and nobody comes to the window. They have told me they were closed an hour before actual closing. They get you to drive forward then back to reset the timers to make it look like they are getting orders out on time. Something isn’t right with this one, but there isn’t a way to call and hold someone accountable. I’d give it zero stars if I could.
If I could make this zero stars I would. It seems like whenever I pull up to the drive through they are closed. Strange! Doesn't matter that it is 7:38pm and the person in front of me was allowed to order and is at the pick up window, somehow for me they are closed.

I drive 10 miles whenever I want a whopper. Since I’ve been going to this location, I have not been disappointed. I have a large family and they always get our order right without an attitude. Excellent customer service with every experience!

I was leaving to go on Highway to La.& only asked for a cup of Sweet Tea & got on the highway taste it & I was sooo disappointed it had absolutely no sugar so it caused me to have to buy another cup of Tea in Jackson Miss.Usually I'll buy McDonald Tea for $1.00 but choose to stop at Burger King paying twice as much because it was right at Express on Union.Dissappointed me
Food was hot and fresh as usual. Love the flame broiled taste.
I couldn't find my wallet after placing my order and pulling up to the last window in drive-thru & the cashier, bless his bones, ended up giving me my order for free!!! I was so thankful and couldn't believe my luck!
