This took place May 31, 2022 around 4pm.Went inside to place my order, there were 3 employees behind the counter. One working drive thru, one preparing food and one just...there. I am standing at the counter waiting for someone to take my order, and waiting...and waiting...and waiting...The employee who was just there walks around but never acknowledged I was even there.Actually no one acknowledged my presence. After a couple of minutes of me just standing there, I just asked if the dining room was open, no answer, asked again..a little louder, but with more than enough volume in my voice to be heard. Still no answer. Asked again, even louder, the employee working drive thru finally responded, yes the dining room is open. Then asked if I wanted to place an order. By this time, I am ready to leave and just said nevermind. He said he could take my order but I was fed up at this point and was leaving. The employee then made a gesture basically blowing me off, nothing derogatory, but more of an oh well forget you type gesture.
The girl working drive thru had a HORRIBLE attitude. I ordered one thing and she rung up another and got mad when I tried to politely correct her. She claimed she didn't take my order, but she definitely did. Then she said I didn't order off the late-night menu, but I told her I did. More attitude. The 1 star is for her manager that attempted to fix it for me with no attitude at all. He was actually nice.So once I received my food, the fries tasted like old grease, my chicken sandwich was super greasy and it lacked the cheese I paid for. I just wanted something quick after not eating all day and working, but I guess I was expecting too much.
They did a good job.the place looks good.the food was good & affordable.there was not that many people inside so I could get my food quick.my experience was good.just gots some fresh fries& drink.i would go back to this place & grab a bite to eat.
For this restaurant to be so busy you'd think the service would be better. The cashier was a sweetie... very nice and respectful however the burgers were warmed over and the drinks were watered down. I would love to say this was a rare occasion however I've gone there many times and to get good food and service is rare.
They don't sell fast food here. It is slow food. They gonna test your patience. Many things that are on menu are not even available. Poor service. Rude people.
Went through the drive thru I was given the wrong food didn't realize it until I had left normally I would have called and complained but because the employee was awesome very very nice I just kept the food and gave it to some of my coworkers who said the food was very very good
8 pm ordered thru the app. Pulled up to the drive thru to pick it up and the lady answers the speaker. Welcome to Burgerking what can I get you? And keep in mind we are closing in 10 minutes. Funny everything pretty much everywhere says you close at midnight.. ?♀️
This is a slow food restaurant. It took over 20 minutes to get an order that I placed on their Burger King app. Order was incorrect and food was cold. I should've went to Chick-fil-A which is across the street.
