The pralines and pecan ice cream was great, but they didn't have the type of cone I wanted . I settled for a sugar cone and I understand because this young lady was the only person working in the store and there was a line. She probably didn't want to make the waffle cone or bowl that everyone was requesting because it was 8pm and probably getting ready to close. So she did offer cake or sugar cones. It didn't effect the way the ice cream tasted, so it was cool.
Worst experience ordering a cake and then never got it for my daughters birthday. They don’t open when they say they open which is the reason there was no cake for her birthday. Then had the nerve to call me on Monday to ask why I didn’t get the cake! ?
Prior to arriving to the store the young lady was very rude over the phone with me trying to get directions but I decided to still go to the store anyways because I want my protein smoothie so bad if I know I love my protein smoothies and mix them with my strawberry shakes and upon arriving she was just as rude at the store she was on the phone when I ask her for management she informed me management wasn’t in when I asked when management was returning she said management was on maternity leave when I asked for management name she said why do I need to know that and I informed her because that’s her manager and that’s what I would like to speak with she does with my manager don’t want me giving out that information then I ask her what’s her name she goes why do you need to know that so at this point I’m not even give her any more energy I walk out the store and prior to I didn’t tell you all as I was coming in the store she was talking to another employee about our conversation gossiping not even knowing that I’m the customer that she’s gossiping about which made me even more so not wanna do business on top or unprofessionalism so as I asked the young lady who was in there with the what is the general managers name she said Priya so pretty if you are reading this review you definitely wanna think twice about this young lady that you have one in your store it’s 215 on May 5 this was the time of the incident occurred in a very Porten that you were dress that’s because because of her unprofessionalism you have lost a customer
I ordered a cake on the website, allowing the 24 hours they advertise for pickup. When I arrived at 11:00 a.m.(my scheduled pickup time) the store was closed. I left and returned about 40 minutes later. The young lady working alone there could not find my cake. She called her boss and he told her it was ready, just not boxed. She finally came out with the ugliest ice cream cake I’ve ever seen. It had none of the candy decorations that it should have had. The sides had melted, ran and been refrozen, leaving drip marks on the sides and the top edges looking messy. The pink printed message ( not script as shown on website) looked like the work of a second grader. The young lady felt awful and did everything in her power to make it right. I ended up with two smaller cakes - neither of which are the flavors I ordered, and with no birthday message on either. Extremely disappointed - if I ever order another one, it will be from the store on County Line, not the one in Madison!
Whoever runs this store, manages it, whatever, should be working the 10pm-8am shift at the bowling alley. How does an ice cream shop run out of milk when there are 2 Krogers and a Walmart less that 1/4 mile down the road? Whoever you are, resign in disgrace and do us all a favor.

I’ve visited this location 3 times…they are always out of ice cream. Extremely disappointing.
