I’m not usually one to complain, but I believe that if the restaurant hours are 10:30am-9pm then they need to close AT 9! Not 8:20. I was just waiting in the drive through and they shut the lights off to the ordering board and did not say anything. There were people in front of me who got their food. I drove to the window to ask if maybe they didn’t know I was there, and she said they were closed and then shut the window. At 8:20pm. In conclusion, if the restaurant is gonna close at 8:20pm then that’s the time that needs to be announced instead of 9. So nobody else wastes their time like I did tonight.
I ordered a 100 wings for a Christmas party that I was having. My order was prepared fresh . Everything was correct and absolutely delicious! I will definitely be using them again .
The last 3 times I have been there they keep messing my order up. I do not eat anything with a bone, so I always order boneless wings. They always send out bone in wings. Every time I tell them it’s wrong they say it’s my fault. Tired of driving 9 miles over and then 9 miles back and treated like I’m the problem. The manager and the employees don’t care, they have an attitude whenever you tell him somethings wrong. The last time I called to let them know there was a problem they placed be on hold for over 10 minutes. Even though there was two orders and mine was the only one wrong I had to bring back the entire order or else they would not Of done anything about it. The manager immediately said it was my fault again so this time I just got my money back and then the attitude got even worse. FYI you can go across the street to Arby’s order the same thing gyros and boneless wings with a drink and it’s cheaper with no attitude!!!!!!!! I’ve been in the food business before and I have never ever said this about any business before because there are always issues and problems that happen, however I would highly recommend that no one ever go back to that place to eat! There is no understanding of customer service at that place.
I called and placed an order, picked up order, got it home and the order was not correct. I called the restaurant, the lady that answered the phone call was rude and unprofessional on the phone. Finally she said I could bring back the food and it will be remade. I got their and then who I assume is the owner or manager said it was my fault for nock checking the food. I have worked in restaurants and customer service for years. The food is great but customer service and professional is lacking greatly.
I have not personally ate here,plus it was my first time being there since it opened. I only took a friend through the drive thru. From what I observed from her order, I'll be ordering soon. She had fried rice ????
I always get a double meat beef Philly with extra mushrooms and cheese fries and it is amazing. About $14
Prices too high for what you get., Also way too much sodium in the food

Great wings and quick service! Wings are on the small size but they aren't covered in fat like most other places, which I prefer.
I did not go for the longest time due to hearing bad things, but went for myself & it was amazing. The wings are a bit small but the flavor was AMAZING.
