One of the hash browns didn't have onions like we ordered, the employees were busy complaining, they should have took the opinion to the office, the menu was sticky, I even told the waitress they needed cleaning then she yes ma'am but never did it then gave it to the next customer, food was not brought at the same time I guess the cook can only do one meal at time, the waitress was very polite or it would be one star. With all the people that were standing complaining I can tell you 6 things that they could have been doing. One of the worst visits to a waffle house I have had. They stand around instead of waiting on the only two tables that are full.
I ordered an allstar special with sausage, eggs add cheese, grits, raisin toast, and a waffle with chocolate chips. When i got my food, they made hash browns instead of grits. I accepted it and just asked the girl for some ketchup for my hashbrown. Its ok. People make mistakes, i thought. Then i get home and open my bag and my whole waffle is missing. I am so mad right now. I just got off work from a 10 hour shift and just wanted some food and rest but now i have to eat food that i didnt want as well as make a whole other trip back to town to get my missing waffle. This is ridiculous and inconsiderate. Waffle house management, pleaseTell your employees to triple check orders when the customer orders AND when the food is going back out to the customer. This is just sloppy carelessness and could easily be avoided. Now i have to be awake for another whole hour and needlessly waste my gas going to get my missing food.
Much improved service from last few visits. Food was as requested and courteous employees even though the place was quite full. Thank you management.
I travel for business and asked for a itemized receipt so I can turn my meals in for a business expense. They could not ? So all I got is a credit card receipt. I also ordered a patty melt and they have always had grilled onions. This one just had meat and cheese No more Waffle House any were
disgustingthe 2 chefs were paying with all the food while throwing back and forth the packets of condiments that went above the one stationeverything is covered in gobs of oilthe place was filthy with food all over the floor, pancake batter all around the cookers
We are from Alabama and everyone was super nice. I don't know what our server's name was, he was younger and had on a black leather jacket. He was really good. Very welcoming and kind. From a former server for 13 years that's saying a lot! The food was ok but the service was exceptional!
My first ever experience and I absolutely loved it. Down south homestyle cooking. I'm from L.A. and we don't have a Waffle House so it meant everything to experience a Mississippi based Waffle House. I couldn't believe that despite all the food my wife and I ordered the bill was tremendously inexpensive.The waitress was so sweet as well.I can't wait to go back!
Fire as usual. Had amazing service from a new lady. Tipped her more than our whole bill table of 3. She came out and gave us hugs after we left. Love waffle house
I travel for work and I've stopped at many Waffle Houses before. This one has got to be one of the worst. Order was not correct and when we told the server she promised to make it right. That took a much longer amount of time to fix, more so than if the food had been done right the first time. To top it off I was charged for both the mistake and the correction. Overall the food, the service, etc. was horrible.
They were very busy but we were waited on quickly and our order was prepared set in front of us within ten minutes. Our waitress was friendly knowledgeable and efficient.
