I am so sad it's a 8 hour drive!!!! The rib eye sandwich was the best I have ever had. We purchase the seasoning and did our best to teplicate. It was flavorful and good but not quite the same. We brought home some teriyaki jerky.....omg!!! I just hope they open up an online store so I don't have to go forever with out this meat in my life!! Thanks for the great experience ?

If you love meat well you arrived in heaven. The cuts of beef were amazing. The beef jerky was fresh and flavorful. They offer gift items like rubs and sauces. The butcher was super friendly. Definitely stop in!
A friendly local suggested we go to the Knight Butcher for "the best jerky ever!" I don't even like jerky, but my son loves it, so we stopped by. I tried the sample, and it was amazing, like no other jerky I've ever tasted. So we left with a big bag! I loved looking at all the old fashioned cases full of all sorts of tasty meats, and if we ever come back to Laurel, we will definitely come for lunch or take a cooler of meat to go. They sell fudge made onsite too! Friendly service as well. A really neat addition to the fun downtown scene in Laurel.
