My family loved the food, but, more than that, we had the best server: Amanda! She went above and beyond to help us and made our experience great.
First time dining here. Atmosphere was pretty cool. My friend had the ribs, with fried okra & fries. The ribs were dry and the okra was fried in flour, bad move on there part.I had the pull pork with Mac & cheese and turnip greens. The pull pork was very good. The greens were out of a can, no real taste to them and Mac & cheese was gross. But, my waitress was really sweet and tentative.
We had fantastic food and fantastic service! The brisket was amazing! We also enjoyed chatting with Maggie and learning more about Laurel. We will most certainly be back to Texas Pitmaster BBQ on a future trip to Laurel!

Hands down, really good ribs! OUTSTANDING boudain eggrolls!! Service was accommodating but waitress was young and not very outgoing or engaging. She took care of us but maybe she was tired? Place was huge and clean. On the not so great side, we were seated in front of a live singer that was very loud and sadly, not that talented. Parking is a real issue for this place. We're not from here and we ended up parking on the median in the middle of the road with some other folks. We ate our meal worried that we'd be ticketed or towed. (We weren't) Smoked corn, okra, and mac & cheese were tasty. The mac & cheese was cold though, guess it was the first thing on the plate waiting for the other stuff? Their toaster was broken so the Texas toast was raw bread. No big deal really, but a flat top grill and a smear of butter could have remedied that. Prices were very reasonable and the ribs were meaty, thick ribs, not the scrawny, gotta eat 10 of them to get full ribs. Overall a great a place to eat with a few minor issues. Definitely recommend and will definitely come back!
Visited Laurel, MS to see the town of the HGTV show HomeTown. This restaurant was a gem to find. BEST beef brisket I ever had. Totally recommend this place. Wait staff super nice. Food was brought out fast and delicious.

Amazing food and service. Haley was our server and was very friendly and did a great job! We got the pork skins appetizer. Wow! They were still popping when they were brought to the table. The sausage and brisket was also amazing. We were visiting Laurel from out of town but will definitely come eat here next time we’re in town!

They were so fresh, that they were still popping when brought it the table. They were delicious!! For dinner, we got the brisket and sausage plate which was also amazing! Must try both their bbq sauces. Overall great experience! We will definitely return when in Laurel again!
