The food was good. The car hop was friendly and got our order correct.
Terrible employees customer service was bad i was doing an order on the mobile app.asked the lady for a little help and nope exactly what was said also when i got my food no peppermints or sauces that i asked for.
Food was cold the bacon double cheese burger was ice cold with nothing on they didn't even ask what we wanted on it the popcorn chicken could have stayed in the fryer a bit longer the fries were cold and tasteless the only thing I had that was good was the cherry limeade. Their food is too expensive to not be good.
Will not ever go back here in my life honey bbq chicken wasn’t even chicken was just burnt crust. My husband burger was all slammed together. I ordered a double stuffed oreo cone and was given an oreo blast that one of the employees already ate half of it. My server was so dazed she couldn’t even remember what are drinks were. Flat out disgusted and dissatisfied. Didn’t even have napkins or plastic wrapped around our utensils for our ice cream. I highly don’t recommend this sonic.
You drive in and get your food and you can get any yummy items off the menu and they have happy hour and your kids and you will love the options and plus better to eat at after going bowling
Don’t trust their times they close whenever they want. If it says 1 am the will close at 1130 pm after they do not puck up on the intercom and may you wait 15 mins
Pulled up & pressed the red button at 11:45pm on Saturday night. Once Fred button was pressed I heard the speaker come on but no one said anything. After waiting for 10 minutes without placing my order, & hearing the people 2 stalls over placing their order, after they had arrived after me, I pressed the red button once again. This time the girl came over the speaker & told me that they had already taken their last order for the night. I said, you have got to be kidding me! After sitting here for 10 minutes & hearing you taking the order of the customers next to me for whom had arrived after I did, you are now telling me that your closed. I said your website says that you are open til 1am. You know what her reply was? We close at 11:55pm. That’s what really made me mad. Like I’m supposed to believe that they close at 11:55pm. Every where you go it’s workers that are rude as hell. What happened to customer service.
I tried ordering at this location but they shut down the store more than an hour before the restaurant is supposed to close. The employees working there ignored me, and my friend even though they knew we were outside waiting for our order to be taken. I am not gonna be coming back to this location for a long time.
