Great chicken sandwich and Mac and cheese
Popeyes has really good food & in my opinion the top fast food chicken place! I only took a star away bc of the service workers in my area, Laurel Ms. Food wise its 5 stars but the Popeyes around here take forever, their rude, & u better check ur order before u leave!
My chick was very undercooked and the service was so slow and the staff was not friendly.
Chicken fried crust a little to hard for my liking. But my favorite is the red beans rice. And potatoes and gravy. I could make a meal on the gravy alone . It's so delicious.

I would like to take the opportunity to let people know about Popeyes on highway 16 in Laurel Mississippi I was in there today ordered some food it took them 22 minutes to first take my order it took another 35 minutes before I got my food I ordered a apple pie they said it would take about 7 minutes so I said okay I would like that the manager herself told the guy to drop the apple pie 30 minutes later they tell me they have not dropped the apple pie and they was all in my face looking at me for 30 minutes and the manager said it was my fault and asked me now do you want your money back or what so I said hell yeah you try to make it even better I don't want my time will tell you it took her another 20 minutes to get me my change my money back I brought the food back in gave it back to them and she still wanted to talk and said with who she was and what she was I would never ever recommend anyone to eat there because of the attitudes of the management is that's in charge so the workers of the associates they have no leadership I don't know who the only is of that Popeyes in Laurel Mississippi evidently he don't know what the customers are going through the peoples that's paying their money to keep him in business I hate to see when business just don't care and only want the money and allow the employees to sit and talk back into customers never right where did they come into play as I hope someone can reach that on or someone can get me a number to them that I can talk to him personally this is my review this Popeyes is really sorry people and not only that the manager took that time to order with me about the food and that drive-thru and the inside people just standing around looking nobody orders being taken away try reviewing that send that out to the world let the people know let's see travaris get a mile now
Went on Friday and first of the month, the dining room was closed only the drive through was open. The line was quite long to place an order, it was all the way out to the highway almost, but when you get a taste of the chicken sandwich its all worth your time!
Worst drive thru, slow service and rude employees. Won’t be returning
Food is good, customer could be better.
