More than a few bad experiences with this location from delivery to customer service and simple orders. Would not recommend go somewhere else.
Nikki and Jessica was wonderful and they took the time off the day to help me with my order store was clean and it took 16 mins for me to get my food and I got it as soon as it came out the oven
Terrible! Just terrible, I ordered my food online and they say it will be ready at 6:45.My food was not ready. They told me to pull up, I sat there for 45 minutes still noone did not bring my food. I went in and asked for my refund. Will never go back again. TERRIBLE! I was not satisfied at all.
Give me my food. We ended up having to get a refund after sitting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. Come to find out, they were out of almost everything and unable to give anyone their food and failing to inform customers about the situation. We will not be back.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. After almost 3 hours of waiting for delivery and 2 calls to the store was told they had run out of dough hours ago. Why no one could have mentioned that during the first call an hour and half in is a mystery. Ordered online so it had already come out of bank and was told it would refund in 3 days. Do NOT order from here.
I don’t understand why this location floods my pizza with cheese everytime. I even requested light cheese and still had tons on cheese on it. The cook must love cheese and think everyone else does too.
I placed an order online for three pizzas, and for a couple of them I paid extra to have green olive toppings. However, no green olives were included on any of my pizzas

The delivery guys car was full of smoke from him smoking and our pizza and cheese bread was not only cold was tasted like cigarette smoke! Needless to say it was a waste of money! I should have driven to the pizza hut in Ellisville instead getting it from laurel!
They forgot my large pizza then my icing for my cinnamon sticks. Will not be back
