Burgers, corn dogs, shakes, sundaes, and all the usual fast food at a very reasonable price. It's possibly the best value in town, and it's right across the street from Hellfighters, so you can shop after filling your belly. What's not to love?
Very good food reasonable price definitely takes some time to get your order probably about 25 minutes waiting in line. But it's worth the wait. The food is hot when you get it the staff is friendly. And they let you know that your order is going to take a while. The hamburgers are really good a decent sized I would have liked a little bit more. Sadly they were out of onion rings. The malt chocolate milkshake was delicious.
Who doesn't love PDIs???? It STILL tastes the same since I was a kid. Best chili burgers, chili hot dogs, and chili frito pies! Every time I come to Laurel I MUST eat here, otherwise my trip wasn't complete. But I do need to mention that we waited over 30 minutes and were missing a kids meal that we had ordered, I didn't notice till I got all the way back to my mom's house in Calhoun. We tried calling but got no answer. So make sure you have all of your order before you leave if you ordered over 3 baskets. At least we got the kids drink lol
The first time we stopped the service was slow but the burgers were excellent. The second experience was terrible. Service really slow and then the server gave our order to someone that had ordered after us. He walked to his car and then returned with the package. She then gave him his order. We watched this whole process. Then she called my name and gave me the package she had taken back. When I questioned her about it and asked for fresh burgers she lied about it and denied it was the same package and refused to replace it. Hence after a 45 minute wait we ended up with 2 cold burgers that someone else had handled. Needless to say the burgers ended up in the garbage.
Very very good burger! Had to get fry’s :(They were out of onion rings! Staff was very nice and food good!
Seriously worth it! This place is a hidden gem we stumbled upon during a road trip. One of the best burgers I've had! Coke float was perfect! We'll be back for sure!
My family, with some very picky kids, had several items from the menu. Jumbo Cheeseburger, Chili Cheese Hot Dog, Frito Pie, Chicken Tenders, Fried Shrimp, Chili Cheese Tots, French Fries, and Onion Rings. We found all the food to be delicious other than the hot dogs. Not sure what kin are used but my kids had issues with them being very red and didn't like the taste. Everything else was excellent. We also had shakes for dessert, and all enjoyed the shakes. The only negative is that it took a long time to get the food. I appreciate that it was all made fresh but if I was in a hurry, this would have been a negative. As we are not from the area, we didn't know how long it would take until after we ordered. The food was good and worth the wait, and I would recommend everything other than the hot dogs, unless you know the brand and know you like it.
No thrills burger, but in a good way. Too many burger places have exotic toppings but don't deliver on the flavor of the beef. This place delivers on beer flavor. Recommend the double patty. It may be a little more than you want but better than being a little short.Great onion rings with the right balance of bread and onion. No huge onion rings, more on the size of a half dollar. Crinkle cut fries were well crinkle cut fries, so nothing spectacular.Seemed the drive thru was prioritized over take out/ dine in. Maybe people called in orders ahead of time, but people came and went before we got ours.
Was told by a friend to go eat here and was very happy I did. All I got was a burger and fries but let me tell you it was great. Will definitely eat here again when I'm in Laurel!
Food was great as always. Ate there Dec 9 around 11:15…. Staff was not friendly at all . It was almost like they didn’t want to be there. Left one of our drinks off our order. No apology.. no …thank you. Didn’t even speak when order was placed other than asked name for order. Hate that because our food is usually great. What a shame.
