It's just not the same.. Took 20 mins....I ordered and payed for a plate (meal) but once I got it, it wasn't what I ordered. The young Lady told me that they were out of this particular item and she didn't know that there were out....(not sure how you don't know when certain foods are out because your suppose to keep up with up with what's available.) She was sweet and replaced it, gave me a large drink, and still forgot to give me my sauce.... Def need the crew that from 2016-2019.

Visited this place around 3 p.m. late lunch early dinner. They were running out of menu items and I asked them to cook some more they said they couldn't cook anymore. I asked if they were closed and they said no. They just wanted to sell the old food they are already cooked that I wasn't interested in. Needless to say I did not eat at this place.

Horrible Customer Service and As far as COVID safety guidelines PFFFTT ,? THERE IS NONE AT THIS LOCATION. TEAM MEMBERS WEARING GLOVES WITH HOLES ON THE FINGERS, OPERATING CASH REGISTER, THEN FIXING PLATES REALLY???!!! AND THE MANAGER IN THE RED SHIRT NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED THAT I WAS THERE,, I WILL NEVVVERRR GO BACK, AND EVERYONE WHO I COME INTO CONTACT WITH I'LL TELL THEM NOT TO PATRONIZE THE LAUREL LOCATION!!

Worst experience ever at a Panda Express. Ordered online for pick up which was supposed to be ready at 7:49pm. Arrived to pick up at 7:50pm inside none of the food was ready. They asked name on order and went and looked at a ticket and empty trays. After about 5 more minutes ask what they were waiting on. Girl said greens which they then started to cook. After greens were placed in trays the girl just left them sitting started waiting on other customers who came in. Ask what we are now waiting on she said Sesame chicken then she turned to the kitchen and ask them to make sesame chicken. This was already 20 minutes after we arrived to pick up order. 30 minutes past pick up time we finally received our food. No apology, no thank you come again, nothing but slinging the bag at us and dirty looks as leaving. Manager was in the kitchen area and never even acknowledged us. Very disappointed and will not be back.

Over half of the items on the line where on at least a ten minute wait. Half of the staff was awesome but the other half acted like you were bothering them by asking for condiments or something as simple as a plastic knife to cut up your food.

Normally this location has excellent service but today was horrible! Went through the drive through and had to wait quite awhile for someone to take the order and when trying to make selections we were told our first 3 were not available but the girl would be back from break in a few minutes! When we got the order we checked it after we got out of the line and discovered 1 item was missing and I of the orders had the wrong side order.Went back through the drive through to the window and waited several minutes and no one came to help. Drove back around and we went inside to straighten out the mess. There was one employee sitting outside eating at a table and one sitting on the curb using her phone. If this is the type of service we can expect from now on, I will not be back!

Horrible service had to sit in parking lot for 30 minutes waiting on my order when i got home 2 of my 3 orders was completely wrong not even close to what i paid for and what good is teriyaki chicken with no teriyaki sauce. Just dry grilled chicken is what should be advertised and mind you i asked 3 different times for the sauce. Absolutely worst experience ever.

Awesome experience. Used to eat at the one on campus at MSU. This one is even better.

Loved the food... Super Polite... Quick and courteous... Give those employees a raise...
