Came here with a group of 8 people and the service was alright. They’re slow but i can work with that. They refused to let us sit at the only table that sat 8 people because every other table was “out of order”. We had to split our kids up. They were very rude. Linda specifically. After sitting at the tiny booth separated from our kids there were ants everywhere on the table and window sill so we asked to move and they proceeded to close the booth and still not open the table with 8 chairs. Linda specifically. She was rude and unpleasant.
I should've known this place was bad news when the straws weren't long enough for the over tall cups they gave me my Bland OJ in. Look, it's garbage. ☆ DONT EAT HERE ☆ shells in my eggs, undercooked steak, sloppily made pancakes and it was cold af In the place. It wasn't worthy of the time I spent stopping there in the back butt-end area of Mississippi. Overall Bad Experience, won't do it again.

THE FOOD WAS COLD, THE SAUSAGE TASTED LIKE THEY WERE OLD AND THEY WERE HARD, THEY DIDN'T GIVE US SYRUP AND WHEN MY HUSBAND WENT IN TO PICKUP OUR ONLINE ORDER WHICH WAS $81 WORTH OF FOOD THEY ONLY GAVE HIM HALF THE ORDER AND TOLD HIM THAT WAS ALL LUCKILY HE DIDN'T LEAVE WITHOUT CHECKING THE ORDER FIRST THEN THE WOMAN THAT GAVE HIM OUR FOOD GONE CALL HIM A LIE AND SAY SHE GAVE HIM ALL THE FOOD SO I HAD TO SCREENSHOT THE FULL ORDER SO SHE WENT TO GET THE REST OF THE ORDER AFTER SEEING THE SCREENSHOT THEN SHE STILL DIDNT GIVE MY HUSBAND THE 2 THINGS OF GRITS AND SAID SHE DID UNTIL MY HUSBAND OPENED IT AND SHOWED HER IT WAS GRAVY!!!! THE WOMAN KEPT GETTING AN ATTITUDE WHEN SHE WAS THE ONE NOT GIVING US WHAT WE PAID FOR! IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY DON'T GO HERE AND IF YOU DO GO HERE DOUBLE NO TRIPLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE WILL GET OUT ON YOU!!!
Very foul mouth on the cooks I mean word after word was a curse word had my kids with me and it was very painful an disrespectful for her speak like she did. I love eating here when they aren't this way but I know I will not be back again until something is done minus one person ain't gonna hurt them I understand that just not eating there again.

Great restaurant with awesome employees. The waitresses are always so helpful and kind.
Service sucked! The waitress spent more time with her nose in air looking down on people than doing her job. Walked in and all the tables were full of dirty dishes. The staff was horrible and lazy. I guess they don't want to make good tips. After waiting 20 minutes and nothing happening but waitresses with their noses up we left.
I eat at Huddle house all the time, the one in Magee, MS is great!!! I've eaten at Huddle House in Laurel, MS for the last 5 years. In the last 6 months it has gone to "the dogs"!!! The last 4 times we have been in there, all the tables were covered in food plates and the people had already left, tables were not clean off, no place to sit? Of the last 4 times we have went in, we left 3 times and ate somewhere else. This last time, I had to meet someone, their choice!!! So I go in, all the tables are taken by eaters or the other tables have not been clean off, I grab a "dirty table"!! About 20 minutes later some other eaters left and "another dirty table" opens up, I grab it, better location!! About 25 minutes later "my party" comes in and sits down with me, and ask why is the table not cleaned off, how long you been waiting??? Well "my party" gets up, goes behind the counter and gets me a cup of coffee!! The "employee" tells her, you cannot come behind the counter "without a Huddle House T-shirt on"--she tells the "employee", give me a T-shirt, he has been sitting out here for over 45 minutes and You have not even cleaned the table off, ended that Conv.!!! Needless to say after another 10 minutes "the Employee" came over, cleaned the table and took our order---we all became friends, and she knows us!!! Her only excuse for such POOR service, they will not hire anyone!!! I left her a good tip!! Your employees are the ones that make You Money?????
Didn't have a chance to try the food after driving past alot of restaurants, we chose to wait for this one and was told that they close in 30 minutes and couldn't take our order.....ridiculous. Most places I know of closing time is when you lock the door and finish serving those who are still there......a great place to open a truck stop.
Placed an online order.. go to pick up my order and waited for 5 mins at the register listening to the staff being loud and talking about personal issues before anyone acknowledged me.. asked about my order and no one even realized there was an online order placed.. so had to wait for them to begin making my order.. then they tell me the chicken for the sandwich I ordered is frozen and have no idea when it will be ready.. another 40 mins go by and finally have my food.. if I hadn't already paid for it online I would have left soon as I walked in.. have to leave at least 1 star when it isn't deserved.. should be 0..
