Always delicious and awesome service.
They gave us the wrong Blizzard twice and messed up the rest of our order as well threw the drive threw. When going in the woman was real hostile and trying to make it like they weren't wrong and kept walking off as we tried to explain what it was supposed to be to get it fixed. After much disagreement they did fixed it but that is not how a business should be run or how customer service should go. If I could give no stars I would they are the worst I've ever been to.
They make their blizzards well however the customer service is lacking and unprofessional. Tonight, well before closing they stopped taking orders with multiple customers in line. Then after being trapped behind those who could order they cut off the lights- after they purposely wouldn’t take orders for minutes .Bad business! When I arrived at the window the workers were eating and chilling. POOR MANAGEMENT
Drive through was backed up so I walked inside. There was no one else in line but it still took a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me. I ordered a blizzard and an ice cream cone. Stood there waiting for about 10 minutes until the manager noticed and walked up and asked start all i ordered. She immediately told someone to make my stuff and it was ready 30 seconds later.

Great ice cream, okay food, pretty poor service no one gets in a hurry the manager sat there and stared at us for almost 3 minutes before she got up from her table to come take our order

No cashier available when I walked in, I assume bc I never saw one. I was met with blank stares from the rest of the useless crew. No one ever spoke to me or pointed me out to the appropriate person(s). At least four separate employees saw me and didn't let me know anything. I eventually just left bc the crew at the time was too inept to simply greet a customer. Awful.
I love Dairy Queen ! Best Cheesecake Blizzard ever ! Best Vanilla Milkshake ever ! It's the best Jerry the best I tell ya !
