This location has an employee with a very very nasty attitude. She's light complexed with blonde weave. I wish I could share her name but when asked what her name was she said "Putin tame and if you ask me again I'll tell you the same". She's so unprofessional that it's ridiculous. It was all because they completely messed up my order then denied it only to find out they were wrong! I tried to find a complaint site but was unsuccessful. Won't be eating there anytime soon!
Great. Because Hattiesburg don't have a church's anymore I drove to Laurel just for it. I was mad that they didn't have any corn but the chicken and okra was very fresh
We had to wait 20 mins in line. I would understand that if they were busy but they made us sit at the ordering speaker order, then tell us to wait that she didn't hear a word we said! Made us wait another 20 mins to replace our order. It's insane!!!!!!!!Lucky I love their chicken!

Food was edible, staff was rude. When I arrived at the window to pick up, the cashier took my card, charged it, handed back the card, and turned around and got on her phone with her back to the window for a few minutes until my order was ready. Then she handed my order to me all while still having her back to the window. Horrible customer service

Love it.i grew up eating at church's chicken.when i go home to visit we always stop by church's to eat.wish they had one here in Louisville Kentucky where i live at now.100% awesome.
Nobody ahead of me in the drive through, 2 cars in the parking lot. Sat at the drive through speaker 10 minutes. Radio silence. Drove around, and lady was talking on her cell and had the register open. Didn't even acknowledge me outside the window, so I left and went across the street to Popeyes.
Love that chicken. The crew that works in the evening has it going on! They excel at fried chicken.
