Pulled in very early in the morning and was the only car in the drive through. I pull up and sit at the menu board. Nothing. I sit for awhile. A car pulls to the other lane and gets their order taken immediately and drives through. I continue to sit there for an additional 30 seconds. I finally get my order taken. Following, the lady at the window did not greet me and gave me a dull look with no response when I said thank you. Why isn't the drive through first come first serve?
I have been in Mississippi for the last few weeks from Minnesota and I’ve come here close to 10 times. I go to other chick fil as quite often and this is by far the worst one. I’ve had my order wrong 3 times. My fries have been soggy on numerous occasions. Finally, the last time my order was wrong I had them correct it. When I told the lady what was wrong with the order she never even said a word to me even when I said thank you after she corrected it. That was unfortunately not the first rude person as most the people I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with have been rude.
I will say that one of the drive thru workers was very nice and very helpful, but the rest of the staff was very rude. I went through the drive through with one of my friends, and we had to separate orders. I ordered a chicken sandwich deluxe with no tomato and pepper jack cheese. I got a sandwich with two slices of American cheese, and I could see that there was a a tomato on it and was just taken off to give to me. My friend order a chocolate shake, and upon arriving at the window, she asked for whip cream on top. One of the drive thru workers rolled her eyes and proceeded to one put a little dot of whip cream on her shake. The other worker at the window apologized and put the correct amount of whip cream on top. I only gave them three stars because of how nice the one worker was.
Very, very long line at drive thru. Food is good.
Because I paid $1.62 for an ice cream cone and did not even get a full scoop on top so I asked them to refix it and they said they could not. This is a place that I spent a lot of money and lots of delivery came from this place to my place of business. Not anymore.
The food was great ! The service was timely. The store was invitingly clean and neat.
Service was great, but the food was not up to par. Was really expecting the food to be fresh and hot considering that they had just switched over to lunchtime.

It could have been better but the fries were cold the strips chicken strips we're good but there's been a lot of times when the food would be cold I do not want to spend my money where I get cold food I'd rather just eat your from home it seems like it is policy to give you cold food ain't sure all these place we will make it right give you another but you replace it but then you took your own time to have to deal with it do they even care about their jobs. Obviously there's no accountability in the fast food market when I was young I work in a restaurant you were to go home for what some of these people do today.
Ordered two large fries, salt and Ketchup........they forgot the ketchup! You literally had one job. Not another car in sight and you messed up the simplest of orders. Fries were good.
