I have never been treated so poorly in my life somewhere. Two families 4 adults and three kids. We were told they could only seat parties of 6! After discussing if we could sit 4 and 3 the hostess agreed. Then some other guy runs up and fights her on seating us at all. How can any business turn customers away in todays time. Surly the owner of this establishment doesn’t want them to turn away 7 paying customers. One star do not recommend

We was told they didn't have no space but white customers came in and was placed. We was sitting down by another guy. The waitress took our order never came back with our drink. They she asked what else we needed still haven't received drink or food.

Service is absolutely horrendous. When the food is brought out, it is lukewarm. Online orders are never ready on time. Waited over an hour for an order even though there was barely anyone in the restaurant (which TOTALLY makes sense now). Whatever happened to ticket times? There’s absolutely no excuse for tickets to run over 20 minutes when no one is in the restaurant. I have worked for this company in two different locations and anything less that tip top was unacceptable. Terrible management. 1/10 do not recommend. Will not return. It’s a total shame to have this restaurant in this town - where it is bustling and on top of things at literally every other location. Shut it down

The service was terrible I never had the worst service and the worst experience in years haven’t been there in years and now I’ll never go back. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I Local or out of state our server Kayla was lazy kept on sitting down on her phone it took me 45 minutes to get a refill on water and I waited 3 hours and still didn’t receive my wings I had to asked another waiter form another table to refill my water. We seen other tables that came in after us received there food first. all the people who came in later after us receive food before us. I don’t know if the kitchen was closed or short handed or she just didn’t but our order in right or at all oh mozzarella sticks 7.99 ridiculous. The manager asked like he didn’t even care. Whoever is over this store they need to get their act together or get better people. Do not got to the Buffalo wild wings in Laurel just terrible next go to Taco Bell right down the road better food and better service

Way understaffed. Took 20 minutes to get a beer. Wait person said bartender (1) 4 the entire restaurant? Was 'slammed. When our Taco order came, no napkins, or extra plate for sharing. I asked 4 hotsauce.... extra charge. So noisy we could not converse.

Got a burger and 6 wings To Go. Waited 15 minutes for it to be ready. Walked back to my hotel room next door and blah. The burger patty was room temperature at best, fries were about the same.My wife was OK with the wings.I wish I could take my tip back now.

I don’t think most of the employees wanted to be there except for maybe one, unfortunately that’s not the one that waited on us. I had to search around different tables before I could find ketchup that didn’t have dried crusty ketchup on the outside already. The table needed to be wiped down and the waitress told me to get a handy wipe out of the condiment caddy. I’ve never been to Buffalo wild wings before, don’t know that I’ll go to one again

Great place to grab a quick bite.I was staying at the Holiday Inn next door, very convenient, within walking distance.I was by myself, in town on business, so I sat at the bar top.All the locals I meant were very friendly.Lauren (I hope I got her name correct) the bartender was awesome. She kept your thirst quenched and made recommendations on what was good (I'm not a big wing fan) and her suggestions were right on point. The all American burger was pretty darn good.Stop in if you're nearby, I don't think you'll be disappointed. I'll definitely stop in again if back in the area.It was also St. Patrick's Day, so the draft beer was green!

Me and my sister ordered take out. They gave me my order first. The manager realized we were together and ask for my order back. He stated they had just cook fresh wings and mines would be cold and her would be hot and fresh. I ordes was given at the same time. I think that was so nice and considering.

Ordered a delivery lunch today. Ordered it around 11:30am, and it arrived one hour later (15 minutes late and cold). The guy showed up and left without giving me a drink. I called the restaurant to report the missing part of my order, to which I was told I could come pick the drink up if I wanted it. I explained that I was stuck at work and that was the reason I ordered delivery in the first place. I don't get off until 4:00pm. The guy then told me I could come pick it up then. I told him I didn't need it at 4:00pm. All I really wanted was a refund for the drink I didn't get, but I wasn't even offered that. So I said, "Guess I just paid for a drink I'm not getting." The guy replied, "I guess so, unless you want to come get it." I am beyond livid. Delivery orders are very rarely correct from this location, but at least the order shows up.My advice to people who are thinking of stopping here: Pitmasters is better.
