Amazing staff! We went in late tonight. The cook was the sweetest. He was laughing and playing around with my teens. After we finished eating they ask them to do the cha cha slide with him and guys he did it! I highly recommend eating there late one night just for the laughs their crew gave us. Very thankful for fun people like these! Thank you guys for making my teens night!
I want to give a shout out to the 3 employees at Arby's in Laurel, Ms on Sunday 4-10-22... This place was PACKED at 12:45... Drive-thru RAPPED around and these 3 employees were AWESOME, FRIENDLY AND CONSISTENT in there job.. they never fussed, rolled there eyes or complained.. And there were some Not So Friendly people waiting for food..But most were very understanding.... I felt bad for them because they gave all they had and were extremely respectful in a bad situation... I personally wanna thank you and commend you all three on a job well done... Manager.... check your time cards... these folks deserve a raise and/or bonus!!!
I'm pretty happy with Arby's I got lots of choices like a brisket. I got lots of good sales.
I don't know what's going on in there. I hardly ever eat Arby's and the one time I'm here I've literally been sitting in the drive through for 45 minutes. There was 3 maybe cars ahead of me. I probably won't be back.
Food wasn't the best but the customer service was great.

Harley just answering my favorite fast food restaurant the food is really good. And not as unhealthy as some of these other places like McDonald's or Burger King
Tried to visit this location in Laurel at 9:40pm & the drive thru speaker said it was closed when Google said it was open until 10pm. We had to back track just to go here so it was a bummer it was closed.
I don't know what happened the 1/2 pound that has always been my favorite the roast beef didn't taste the same as it used too and the edges of the beef was too hard
The food was great and they where fast
