Skip this place !!!! PleaseI write a lot of reviews but hesitant at bad ones.This was horrible!1. Nastiest bathroom I’ve ever seen in a restaurant2. Waiters do NOT know the menu3. New steak category of “inedible steak” ! Was incorrectly cooked and non chewable4. Salad came 10 minutes after main entree was delivered5. The smallest cup of ranch dressing I’ve ever seen and it was half full. Could have ordered more if our waiter hadn’t gone into invisible mode.6.no refills on drinks7.atmosphere was a cross between scary and super scary.8.Approached in parking lot by a man wanting us to buy him a meal.9. Waiter has no ideal what their menu states and was one of the most confused people I’ve ever attempted to communicate with.We make this trip yearly and this Applebees will not ever receive our business again. You do not spent $55.00 dollars and leave a restaurant hungry and disgusted.
My steak and garlic mashed potatoes was awesome! The waitress was great with my wife, our boys and myself!
The applebee's in laurel ms has Very bad customer service I have a family of six and every time we go there it be at least a hour wait just to be seated even when the place is not full at all than most of the sever greater or very rude making a million dollar company look really bad I spend at 200 every time I go but I promise u I want be going back until they get some better management in that place ??
Server wasn't very friendly but she did visit us often enough and the food arrived quickly and tasted good.
Food made us both sick. I don't recommend the spinach dip as an appetizer or the entrees of the burgers or the chicken strips. Both of us were ill for 3 days, with messed-up stomachs! This is the second time, albeit in 2 separate locations, the food and service were extremely subpar. I don't think we will be back.
Had a fantastic time, once again at Applebee's but in laurel, MS. The server was awesome, I hope she had a happy birthday.
The service was good, but the portions of the bourbon chicken/shrimp were smaller than last time we were there.
I always get the Bourbon steak. It's been over a year since I've been there. The steak was about the size of a hamburger patty. I won't go back. Thank you.
