I arrived and order at 10:30am right when the restaurant open. All of the food was freshly cooked and displayed. The Lobby and restrooms were clean too. I was also informed that there was a boil water notice so I was unable to get anything to drink.Prices tho... are pretty expensive and the chicken is small.
They were rude, got the order wrong, and the sandwich has the pickles all over the bag, and no drink machine.
I got a cobb salad with ranch dressing but when I got home, there was no dressing. I called to let them know and the manager was very defensive. She told me that she would not be able to give me a salad for 2 packs of ranch dressing. I was not expecting to get anything free but wanted them to be careful with orders so that this will not happen again. She then asked me what she could do to make things right and I said nothing.
My chicken sandwich that I got was very good. The workers are very nice and friendly. My friend and I will be returning.
This location used to be great, but it seems to have gone downhill over the past 3 years (even pre-COVID). We used to go all the time for lunch from work but not anymore.
