The food is good but their customer service is horrible. Front clerk IS Rude, seems really put-out! If we were not traveling through, I would have canceled our order. Customer service is an insult to Jackson, MS!. PLease FIX THIS RUDE MESS!
I placed my order 4 times. Once I got to the first window the young lady quoted the wrong order. I informed her of my order which included a lemonade drink. Another lady came and said I couldn't get the lemonade drink. They both seemed confused about how to ring up my order since I had a coupon for a free fry. So I got my chicken sandwich and fries minus the drink and left.I guess they drunk the lemonade because it was prepared and no car was behind me.
When I first went I ordered 10 chocolate chip cookies and it tasted like they been sitting out all day so I went back the next day to get them redone so not only they mixed old cookies with new cookies it was hair in it so I asked for my money back and a lady offered to do it over and I worked at Wendy’s before so it don’t take 4 min to bake cookies so she put them in the microwave and gave me them same cookies I will not be getting my cookies from there again
Food was very good they were very very busy but food was out quickly & was hot & very good.also the employees were really nice and good at there job's ?
FOOD WAS COLD, BURGER WAS MISSING THE BACON, DRINK HAD NO ICE IN IT. IT NEVER FAILS: THAT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION DO ME SO WRONG EVERYTIME I VISIT IT AND I LITERALLY LIVE 2 MILES FROM THE LOCATION BUT WOULD HAVE TO DRIVE FURTHER IN ORDER TO GET BETTER SERVICE AND QUALITY FOOD
Worst experience ive ever had. Had 1 person in line and yet sat in line for 20 mins while the staff clowned with their friends in the drive thru. 3 people had to sit in line just to leave. This is why you don't deserve even 12 an hour.
This Wendy’s is horrible. They are always out of everything don’t never have items they need. Then they left my bake potato out of my order. The whole crew need to be fired on the night shift. Those kids don’t do nothing but play. Need to put up a now hiring sign immediately.
This location has the nicest employees! Marshanti is always very kind.
If you have some time to blow, this is the location for you. You’ll be stuck in the drive thru for about 45 minutes and there’s no way out. Orders are not being taken from both lines as they should be. And to top it off the food was cold.
