I went to this Wendy's to purchase chili only to get home and find out there's no meat in it and I got 2 large one. Customer Service had the nerve to be rude to me
The drive thru service was really slow. I waited in line 20/30 minutes for a mobile order. However, my food was hot and delicious.
Mostly good experiences with this restaurant all around good food and service.
That Double Stack was cooked perfectly fries just right toasty soft and crunchy who did that in there...Thank you Wendy's...

I come to this particular location all the time but I have never received anything like this. I had a nugget at the bottom that was already bitten off. It was so little of a nugget left after the bite mark that the person could have kept the nugget. I would have rather gotten 3 nuggets than 4 . It’s absolutely sad and ridiculous that you’re low down enough to put food in a customers order that you’ve eaten off of.
The absolute WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! They had no regard for me as a customer and a human being. Not only did I have a bug in my food but I didn’t even get an apology or customer service AT ALL!!! They will never get my business again.
