Love the food love the service & LaCrissa is great with customer service friendly as ever during before & after the pandemic her alone makes me & my staff come get lunch & breakfast all the time
Lobby closed 24/7... For months! I thought discrimination was a "no, no" in Mississippi!?... Guess not if you're walking and like nuggets! ? Dave Thomas would turn over in his grave!
Food was good and everything was gotten to me in a timely manner I just hate with how much I spended Wendy's and I go to Wendy's 2 to 3 times a week for my kids that I don't get credit for the purchases that I make and I'm making 30 to 40 dollars in purchases in a week. The scanners at drive-thru are never working at any of the places or that's just what they're telling me and they do not have a program like Chick-fil-A where you can go in and add your receipt and get credit for it online. I like the company but I'm about to have to make a switch because with the money I spend I would like to get something for it and this is a travesty and I don't see any other solution and they don't seem to care
We come here for lunch at least once a week for convenience and the service and food is normally great. However, this day I ordered a large Chilli but ended up with tons of beans covered in sauce, I couldn't find any beef to save my life in this Chilli. I knew when eating it the restroom and I would be acquainted and boy was I right. 6 whole gold stars for being a restroom VIP after those beans.
I will not go back .. I have never liked their cheese.... so I ordered a fish sandwich no cheese.. it was one of the worst fish sandwiches I ever ate.. the pollack was not as good as cod...the filet seemed to have been precooked the stuck in the fryer again to reheat.the girl was nice enough to give another.. Well the second sandwich was just as bad as the first maybe worse...overcooked..and the oil it was cooked in was dripping and even at first running in a steady stream when I bit into it..
The service was ok, the food was pretty fresh. The music selection being blasted throughout the restaurant was trash, and the building was extremely cold.
First sandwich was cold and hard. Had them to remake it and they did better the second time.
I'm only rating the customer service. The restaurant location is convenient, clean, and appears organized from what I saw. I'm from out-of-state & stopped by to grab lunch for my niece who hadn't eaten from all the anime fest excitement. The cashier was speedy, but not the warmest. Seemed annoyed and a bit cold. Not my favorite experience. If I were there for myself, I'd have kept my money and spent it with the vendors at the event. I'd have at least gotten better service.
Need better employees or management. They never open on time for breakfast. So many people just drive away. If you do sit and wait 20 minutes after opening, they take your order and have everyone pull into a parking area. They take your money and sometimes say the receipt machine isn't working ( when paying cash for me)and asks you to pull into a parking spot and wait another 10 minutes or more. (And they have the nerves to have an attitude). GET SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO WORK!!!
