Food was good but they are still struggling with staffing
I wouldn't take my dog there to eat. Place was filthy. Employee nails were dirty. Some employees never looked up at you. Not one table was clean. Employees just stayed on their phone. Health department really need to take a visit there. Just awful
I didn't like it in here. Very raunchy feeling. There was one guy at the sitting and me standing wanting to order just Grits toast and two scrambled eggs. They stood there talking until finally a light skinned guy spoke and added welcome to waffle house. A girl was to the side strolling her phone and the other girl was fixing her own breakfast and packing it. The guy cook(made me more uncomfortable) after my toast came out and was placed in the container, he leaned over my plate to get something and the front of his apron rubbed all over my toast. Let's just say I couldn't stomach to eat my food and played over it when I got to work. I didn't eat the toast at all and I really wanted it. I was so displeased and hate my route to work changed where I no longer go passed the waffle house on lakeland dr.
Very clean, neat, and professional! Made my food quickly and accurately. Keep up the good work
The condominiums was not good they did not make sure that you had syrup napkins silverware's none of that very unprofessional
Got order wrong..lady argued with other customers, begged for tip, after she told them they weren't supposed to eat in, AFTER they finished their food
This must have been shift change. It took about 5 mins to get waited on and then she didn't get the order right. I had to wait while they cleaned 5he grill.
Go in and sat down and the older lady just looked at me and asked if it was dine in or carry out and when I said dine in she told me they weren't taking orders. Not entirely shocked they didn't want to serve me as the place looked run down and the 2 employees looked like they didn't want to be bothered. I was the only customer there at 7 am on a Saturday morning.......
Customer service was ok, to much talking with each other while customers waiting or in need.
Waiting was worth the time to get those famous hash browns with ham and onion cooked in and that beautiful waffle on the side for breakzert!
