**DO NOT COME HERE IF YOUR NEEDING TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR LUNCH** The hold time on their phones are ridiculous. Being that I dealt with this location many times throughout the years due to working in the area so I understand they can get busy during certain hours thats why yiu should plan at least 15-20 minutes for your order to be ready(at least that's the time I've always been given) but for goodness sake, dear Angel picks the phone up, announces herself, ask how can she help only to say "hold one moment" and instantly clicks the horrible wait music which btw frustrates you more when holding so long. I hang up after 10 minutes and call right back... Angel does the exact same thing as before. I hold literally 9 minutes, I kid you not before someone comes to the phone asking for my order only to be told it'll be 30 minutes??♀️??♀️??♀️. Like seriously, I've already been on hold 19 minutes of that time. Sooooooooo inconsiderate of people's time and schedules. Very unprofessional to answer asking how can you help, only to be told hold 1 moment and then it turns into 19 moments and a additional 30 minutes before getting the food for your designated lunch hour/time. Not to mention I get there 30 minutes later cause I didnt want to have to wait longer when getting there and what do you know, BOTH pizzas ordered was cooled and not hot??AGAIN, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO COME IF ON A TIMED LUNCH. The food wait time, excused but the time on the phone holding when your oder could be getting filled and the COLD FOOD is unacceptable.
I don’t know what happen to pizza shack in Jackson ms but this was unacceptable even if they did try to complement me. I returned the pizza and to top it off, this wasn’t even chicken.I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza. They explained after the fact to me that they were out of chicken and asked me what’s wrong with it ( clearly ?) this looks like goop and some form of chicken out of a can. Nasty and the worst experience ever
First time having pizza from here! We were visiting from Dallas and decided to try the Pizza Shack. It was beyond delicious. Pizza so good you end up eating the whole slice, crust included; I've never eaten the crust before. Looking forward to making a trip back to Jackson just to have this pizza again!!!
I was leading a trip of 40 students from out of town and we couldn't make our dinner plans. The Pizza Shack really came to the rescue and made a large order quickly and the food was delicious. I would recommend the Pizza Shack any day. Thank you so much!
Usually my experience with Pizza Shack is pretty as this is about the fifth time I've eaten there. However, today they put slimy cucumbers on the garden salad I order with my pizza. Had to google why cucumbers would be slimy. Apparently, they gave my cucumbers that had gone bad. Wasted my money on an inedible salad.
Arrived around 4:00 - 4:30 and order medium sized pizza and revived order around 6:30. I realized there were call in but the in store customers were waiting more than an hour after being told thirty five minutes. The worst part was the pizza was not good. The crust was browned too fast leaving it soggy the tops appeared to be cold and old. The wings had the smell of raw chicken. They were not good to eat. However, we normally receive very good service and food, but today Sunday, February 13, 2022 was not one of those days. Thank you
I went to Pizza Shack on a Saturday evening on 2/5/2022 and I received my twenty-four piece wing order that was so wrong and the wings were severely under cooked. I didn't realize this until I got home so I called the restaurant and I was told to bring my order back. However, it was too far for me to drive and my guests had already started eating the wings. I am very disappointed in the service I received because I usually get quality service from this establishment. Something needs to change. Update.. I was told from the manager that I was receiving a refund from my order but they still took the money from my account after my disgusting order on Feb 5th. They are liars and they make terrible food and I suggest that no one spends their money here.
Grabbed a pizza from the Jackson location, spent $27 for a large overcooked poor excuse for a pizza. NEVER again!!!!!
I will eat here again but I was told 20 mins to pick up order. I called at 430 it was around 530 when I got my order to leave but the food was great!
Just ordered a large Chicken Alfredo and 1st time ever, it was extremely dry, luke warm and the crust was so tough it would have pulled out your dentures. I'm so disappointed because I didn't want to cook today but it was beyond edible ? ?.
