Great food! Great customer service!! One of the best restaurants I've eaten at on my vacation. Will definitely eat ther again.

This place needs some work. The staff has no enthusiasm what so ever. It takes 15 to 20 minutes before anyone comes to the table to greet you and ask what you want. They take the order, and it takes another 20 minutes to get your drink. The food came out in an okay fashion. I had the create your own boil. I had the crawfish and mussels. I had about 5 crawfish in the bag and 15 muscles with corn and potatoes. I'm guessing they weighed the bag with the corn and potatoes. The crawfish taste like they had been frozen because they were so mushy, they wouldn't come out the shell without falling apart. They didn't have an ounce of seasoning. The mussels had too much seasoning to the point, I couldn't swallow it because it was too salty. I had the garlic butter with mild seasoning. The Mr. said his food was ok. It wasn't what he expected and the little one didn't eat her chicken tenders at all. I'm guessing they don't have a kids menu because the server gave my 4yr old an adult cup and portion size food. This is some place I probably won't be coming back too.
We are from California and went to The Mighty Crab for lunch. The food was GREAT and Mr. Ricky and Staff showed GREAT HOSPITALITY and were very FRIENDLY MR AND MRS JACKSON ❤️

Ordered 2lbs of Dungeness crab to go and nothing else. The cost with tax was $76. There are several flavor and heat choices. We chose the butter garlic with mild heat (spice) and it was delicious. The legs come with corn on the cob and potatoes.
Love the food the server was excellent. Drinks was on point enjoyed the drink called Mr Ricky. But most of all Shaun was a wonderful server
Everything was perfect. The atmosphere was amazing, the food was great and the wait staff was amazing. We even got to meet Mr. Ricky and he was delightful. The DJ was awesome and played great music. The Thursday special is a ton of food. I’d recommend to anyone in the area.

Food was awesome. Our server was awesome. She worked the entire side we were seated on. She checked on us and made sure we had everything. But they were short staffed. The only complaint I have is the greeter. She was not friendly at all. She did not ask how many was in our party to be put on the list. I had to finally step up and say something after standing there five minutes in the door. While she held several conversations about nothing. She was wiping off menus. And talking loud. Finally gave her my number. She says wait was about 20 minutes. Okay. That goes by. I finally come back to see plenty empty space than before. I asked is the party of four table ready she looks at a booth and says oh yea. Never called my phone.
