Great coffee shop! Multiple rooms lend to quiet spaces for work or studying. I went early one morning, they do host live music some evening. Coffee menu is big and they also offer food and adult beverages. They offer free Wi-Fi to patrons as well. It’s my go-to place to work when I want a break from the home office.
I thoroughly enjoy The Bean! The coffee and food are incredible. The peanut butter pie, the grown up grilled cheese for lunch, and the breakfast sammy on Saturday brunch are all insanely good. But it's the staff that makes it for me. Peyton, Meg, Sal, Maddie, Kali, Bethany, Anna, Mary Grace - all of them - are so welcoming, kind, and always creating an inviting atmosphere for the customers. Thankful for this place!
High quality service and all kinds of refreshments
We entered the establishment with no greeting from any crew members . We asked to speak with manger regarding business and she stated that she was too busy to talk and turned around. When finally talking with the manger she was very rude, dismissive, and acted as she could not help with anything. All the employees were dismissive to the party I was with and was saying smart remarks behind the counter. I will not be back and do not recommend if you’re in the area.
I visited this establishment while attending a conference nearby. I highly recommend the hazelnut latte and the breakfast burrito. They were so yummy! I also loved the decor and the cozy atmosphere. If I lived in the Jackson area, I could see myself coming in here to work in one of the little cubby spaces. I'll be back the next time I come to Jackson!
Our second time here, even though we’re not from around here cause it’s SO GOOD! For being a coffee shop, the food is excellent. Their lattes and basic coffee is great too, mostly love the atmosphere, though it can be pretty tight in most seating areas.

Pretty good coffee, great decor and service. We were just staying over the road at Holmwood Suites so very convenient and much closer to Australian Espresso
