Not a bad seat in the place. Sound system could use some tweaking, sometimes couldn't quite make out what was being said. The bars definitely need more staffing, it took over 30 minutes to get a drink. Also, interesting experience upstairs as women used the men's restroom because the wait at the women's was so long.

I have enjoyed many shows at your facility in the past. Extremely disappointed in your lighting tech ability to adhere to request repeatedly by performer. They should be terminated immediately.
Great musical performances, and is operated well and efficiently. The parking isn't even that bad, it's just across the street so you don't have to worry about walking far. 10/10 in my experience.
Facility was well kept and staff qas courteous and knowledgeable. Mask requirements were enforced at the entrance. My only complaint was that the escalator was turned off prior to everyone exiting and while many were on the escalator.

I recently went to see The Nutcracker performed by Ballet Mississippi. I enjoyed the show and would like to see more shows here, however the “required mask mandate” for the auditorium was not enforced and that is not okay. I informed one of the attendants of my concern and she said that she would notify her boss but nobody came nor enforced the rules. Please do better about this because I paid my money based on the required mask mandate but was sadly disappointed in anyone upholding the rules.
First time visiting. Beautiful facility and the seating is well designed. Some of the venue staff were less than cordial. Friendliness matters, especially with theater staff.
Please enforce your “required mask mandate”. I purchased tickets based on this but nobody enforced the rules, even after reporting my concern during the performance. We are still in a pandemic and not upholding the rules about masks contributes to the problem.
