The service is generally always good and fast and my order is usually correct. How ever this day once you in line it's no way out and there card machine wasn't working and they didn't have enough change so I had to leave some of my order.
The taco shells is old and bitter they also has a smell to them. My Chalupa was hard and wasn't fresh. Every time I have been its been a failure.
My two tacos are okay but it had lettuce that was froze Sherwood made it taste watery hopefully next time they won't put the lettuce in the freezer.
HARD HARD SUPER HARD bread on $4+ Chalupa supreme almost broke my teeth! Harder than a fossilized pretzel ??. Plus, my tomatoes were green and some even had the part where the stem attaches to it (the bellybutton of the fruit). We all know that part is supposed to be discarded… so why just add BS weight to my Chalupa? ???♂️
2 tacos Supreme with extra meat was not ok. The hard shells was OLD and had an after taste with a smell.First time for that at this location. THE STAFF WAS GREAT. The soda was tasty.
Ordered 3 taco supremes I got 3 tacos with a a little meat & a little lettuce & I do mean a little she gave me 2 packs sauce I asked for more & got 3 more packs I needed lots more for you might as well say i paid for 3 shells I didn’t go back was 3 miles away but won’t be back this used to be best Taco Bell around but not anymore must be getting ready to close that one
Food was good but the next time I went their system was down and they couldn't take orders. Happened like 3 different times
How can you mix up a basic bean burrito? Apparently it happens at this at this location. Employee at drive through lacked any sense of good customer service. Of course he was having to take the next person’s order while I was trying to get my order and pay.
This is where Taco Bell orders go to die! Your order will be wrong, don’t bother checking it, or God forbid try figuring out the GM’s contact info. You won’t find it; complaining here is your only hope! I honestly stopped eating Taco Bell simply because of the horrific customer service experience I’ve gotten from ordering at this location. Just make the sacrifice and drive to a nearby town outside of Jackson, or better yet make your own tacos. I promise your experience will be better than eating here.
