So the food was good.\\nThe frustration has more to do with ordering from the app. In the app it wasn't mentioned this was in the hospital. We're from out of town. The address is wonky in Google maps and we spent 20 minutes trying to find it.

Amazing service! Very sympathetic staff. They really helped me out and paid attention to detail. The store was also very clean!

My pizza that I tried to get had stems on the Spinach long stems and I asked could she cut or tear them off she said No because she had a Line Also My sandwich that I ordered was soggy my Lettuce was bad looking and The employees had a Terrible nasty Attitude. I wouldn’t recommend nobody to eat at this Subway cause they don’t know how to treat their customers.

Instead of harassing patrons about masks maybe focus on hair nets and changing your gloves. You're more than 6 feet away and protected by plexiglass. You on the other hand are touching my food and handling equipment/money.\\n\\nmoneymoney

Horrible service turned the lights off when I pulled up 20 mins to 9

The staff that were serving tonight were rude, disrespectful and not very polite at all. I went in about 8:45 pm and tried to order a sandwich and they didn’t take any care to how they were preparing my food. They didn’t put the proper amount of meat on the sandwich then when I attempted to address it with the young man he walked off and a young lady came and acted as if I was bothering her. I do understand that they were getting ready to close things up but I wasn’t rude to them and as a Director in the building I would expect a little common curtesy especially since they were the preparers of the food I was ordering. After I declined the service I overheard the young lady calling me rude when all I was asking is that my food be prepared properly. I’ve worked in food service before and I do understand that being pleasant don’t cost a thing.
