I wish I could give TEN STARS to this restaurant. I recently received a text msg from the owner/operator of the location on E. Capitol St, Jackson, MS asking if I had recently purchased a meal through DoorDash from them. I live and work in Maryland; never having visited or having relatives in MS. He immediately suspected fraud and canceled the order. He lost out in a substantial sale but put the integrity of his business first. I am forever grateful as the thief was caught before substantial damage was done. WELL DONE SUBWAY!
This subway needs better customer services. Cleanliness is not up to par. Food needs to be freshier
I got a 6 inch seafood and it was really tasty. The lady that helped me was quite friendly and fast with making the sandwich.
Wyte guy with the beard that acts like a duck and moves like a turtle!! Keep him in the back!
This review is for the 210 E. Capitol Street location in the Regions building in Jackson, MS.
I went to this Subway today to get a sandwich combo. There were several others in line ahead of me waiting to get sandwiches. One of the workers, Chasity (sp?) got sick, so the other woman in there decided she didn't want to deal with the lunch crowd on her own, so she closed up shop for the day. Her manager, Jacob, wasn't even here to authorize her actions. It seems to me that anyone who works at an establishment such as this should be willing to go above and beyond for the benefit of the customers and the employer. The woman who closed the store for the day today was not willing to do that. That is very bad for business. There's no telling how much she cost this Subway today. I and another lady who was in line at this Subway ended up going to the Chick-Fil-A, where we received much better service.

January 2019 - New ownership!
Excellent
I waled over to Subway for lunch today around 1:30. I received what seemed to be day old stale bread, but I didn't realize it until I had walked a block back to my office. I had split the sandwich with a co-worker and we were both very disappointed! Waste of money as we had to throw the top half of our bread away because it was so hard.
