I gave 2 stars only because of the drinks. The service is horrible. No one acknowledges you upon entering and also if you can’t wait between 15-30 minutes for your order you might as well leave. There’s no sense of urgency to get orders out and no friendliness. Now granted we’re all dealing with life the best we can; but no one seems to care about the job they get to do anymore.
Place your online order 30 minutes before you want to pick it up and then there’s a small possibility it’ll be close to being ready when you arrive.

Quaint little Starbucks tucked into a cute little Shopping Plaza. They were quick and efficient. Very knowledgeable Baristas, and were pushing out drinks alot faster than some of the other local chains.
The slowest service I've ever received at a Starbucks. Not to mention this location closes random days and times. Even when I order ahead I wait for at least 15 minutes after the order is suppose to be done. There were people who ordered after I walked in getting their drinks.
Let me say this… all Starbucks don’t create drinks the same. Lol but THIS LOCATION DOES! When they closed down for a few weeks I was upset. Why? They know how to create drinks the way Starbucks created. It’s as if ALL new employees need to learn the Starbucks drink etiquette from them! Lol They learn their customers and they are friendly! I could go on but y’all might think they were paying me to write this. Lol but just know if I put this much energy into a review it’s because they need to be recognized. Keep it up Northside drive.

This location is “temporarily closed” and did not make any changes to their google maps or google hours. VERY frustrating to take time out of your day to go, check if they are open on maps, and drive there to see they are closed. Very inconsiderate. Even if they do open again I won’t be giving them my business.
As busy as this Starbucks location is, customer service and hospitality are never lost in the crowd. These attributes are supreme and demonstrated consistently.
Nice strip mall location, with incredibly attentive staff.
