Don't waste your money. They take your order correctly per the screen however they serve you whatever they want. The customer service is severely lacking. Just like everywhere else in Jackson they could just really care less.

This is the second time I have gone to this location for breakfast and both times I have had the pleasure of being served by Charles. My food has been good but the best thing is this young man. Always pleasant with a great smile.
I ordered a burger with tots and chili cheese coney with fries. Everything was fresh but I didn't get a fork for my coney.
Happy Hour is my favorite time to get my strawberry slush and sometimes corn dog.
The #17 French toast sticks and I always add a side of bacon my favorite!. I frequent here often

It's too many children that work there and don't take the jobs seriously and the adults seem to be the same way. I ordered two slushies and it took them 7 minutes to give my order. They started by playing around acting like they couldn't hear and I drove around. The two little girls knew I was upset and they skipped my whole order until a male came 7 minutes later . In the midst of it all, they should be fired.
It didnt take long to get my order but they skimped on the whiped cream on my milk shake and didnt give a recipt i asked the ladt for my change and recipt she went back in the building i had to push the button TWICE first time they just cut me off the second time she brought my recipt amd got mad when i expected my change i gladly would have left a tip had i not had to go through all of that i you should never have to ask for your change give the customer their change and let them tip you
I ordered the cherry limeade soda. However, the food at this location is usually fresh & hot and they do have better customer service than the one on county line. I also suggest trying the breakfast (24 hours), coke float, oreo blast, ocean water, mango stawberry slush, large tarter-tots with cheese, mozzarella cheese sticks etc. Also, come during happy hour (2-4 pm) for half off sodas, sluches & shakes. Further, this location has both a drive thru & drive in stations. Lastly, one can order online and don't have to wait in line.
