Poor service nasty communication the wait time is down right embarrassing. Wouldn’t ever send my family there ever again.
The attitude is bad. The employees stay hold for 20 minutes ?. When ordering they have another 15 etc for more. So I have to leave due fact my work. Clinton and Madison employees good. Jackson employees on Northside is so unprofessional. So ?. My name is Kammie Mason.

This is by far the worst Sonic in Jackson they answer the intercom only to put you hold and never come back to it don’t bother calling inside nobody ever answers the phone and when you actually can place a order it usually takes forever and not accurate when you receive it so long story short stay away from this location they do not value your business
This place is a hot mess. We waited 45 minutes for 2 meals and the meat was overcooked and my sandwich looked like they tossed it in a bowl before I got it. I won't be going back?
It was delicious fresh and hot. The service was also quick with great customer service.
Can't blame the restaurant for horrible consumer service from a mad and non speakable employee with super bad attitude. Otherwise than that my slushes were awesome and very favorable but won't return rude attitude employee
DO NOT EAT HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT . I clicked the button 3 or 4 times before they took my order . I was ignored by a guy that answered told me to hold on and forgot all about me . He took everyone else order at each slot
Well the Trader Joe's was good the drink was good but I couldn't eat my chicken cuz I cooked it too long and it was hard as a rock
