Worst sonics ever!!!! Hard popcorn chicken that suppose to be a large, blue coconut slush taste like water, cherry limeade with no cherry syrup, blackberry slush with no blackberry syrup, and the strawberry apricot red bull limeade slush instead. With carhops that can't read the order to the customer. The I guess it was a carhopper taking order with an attitude and not reading the order back to the customer. Poor everything if I can give no stars that is what this will be. Worst experience ever. Never coming back here.
Waited for 10 minutes after I pushed the button no one said we will be right with you nothing Very rude I know that some people have bad days and that’s understandable but every one there from the girl on the mic to the guy that brought my food when you give me my change back I’ll give you a tip but don’t think you keeping all my money when I bought a 12 dollars meal and pay you with a $50 will never go back
Pushed red button waited 8 minutes as the screen asked us to be patient that the red button had been hit and they would be with us momentarily. Then the red button notice went away sometime after that and it didn't tell us. It acted like we either were ignored or the system timed out at some point because after 15 minutes when I finally checked the screen again, that notice was gone I had had enough. And we left with a VERY aggravated 8yr old.
Food was delicious. Only issue was that the speakers in an entire row weren't working, and none of the workers noticed. We ended up waiting 45 minutes just to order due to the broken kiosk.
After 35 minutes I pushed the button and was told it was on the way. Waited 15 more minutes And still nothing. Unfortunately I had already paid. Never got any food and I'm out18 bucks.
Give two stars because I enjoy their food, but I'm dissatisfied with them always forgetting my sauces even After I request them.
My daughter and I came here earlier this evening to get some ice cream. We pulled up, figured out what we wanted in less than a minute and I pushed the button to start my order @ 9:11 pm. By 9:15, no one answered to take our order, so I pushed the button again. By 9:18, no one answered again so we left and got our ice cream down the street. This is not acceptable, to not even acknowledge your customer and say, we'll be right with you.
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Fast food restaurant, but you receive your food COLD. I had to get food from another restaurant. Never again.
Karen took my order and got off the line before I was finished. When I buzzed in again she did not confirm the changes and hung up again. She was rude and dismissive. Prior to her getting off on both sessions I heard her make negative comments about me as well. I was unable to see my order on the screen so I did not pay until they came out and I confirmed the order. Zy’ was my hopper and he brought me somebody else food then the wrong drink. I asked him who took my order and he said it was skylar or Miranda. Different name from what the lady introduced herself as. I would give the service a negative two but since I can’t I’ll just give it a 1.
Bad customer service . Cooks are just as bad . Food is never cooked properly.
