I’ve been going to this sno biz ever since I was in the second grade. I remember they used to be beside the gas station before being beside Fred’s. I am now a freshman in college & I will FOREVER recommend this sno biz. They’ve never let me down, ever!
My experience was awesome the staff was friendly and helpful I would highly recommend this store not all Sno Biz are the same but this one is the best hands down
Great customer service.Always order the "wedding cake with cream" snow cone.However, the Chilli is not good and the nachos are to high, so go to the gas station next door (Exxon) they have way cheaper nachos that taste just as good as their cheese.
The green apple tasted watered down. There was hardly any flavor.

We were trying to bring a little extra highlight to one of our 1st scrimmage college games without COVID restrictions. We didn't get the notice until a few days before so it wasn't much notice we could give. We called a couple snowball places & they said they needed 5 days & we only had 3 days. We completely understood.

We completely understood. We called this one & spoke with the owner, Tavaris Gray. He quoted a price & said it would be more if we went over serving 150 people. Originally, we were told the scrimmage would last about an hour. Then we found that it would last at least 2 hours. During the game a guy had a serious injury & paused the game for 25 minutes so we were running behind. At this time, I began to get unprofessional messages from the owner stating that it's not his fault that any of this happened but he had told us he could only stay to a certain time & that he was canceling on us. I remained calm & wrote back to him that I would take the blame for it but I can't pretend that I wasn't disappointed to have promised something that wasn't going to happen. The owner then got on the phone & called me to say, I don't have to take blame although it was my fault, he felt that I should have not been trying to do anything last minute ANYWAY! I tried to explain again that normally we plan far ahead but we only found out the day that we called him & when we called other places, they said they needed more time but he never said that 3 days in advance wasn't enough time. Even when I called him the following day to tell him about the change in time, he never said anything about the plan! Granted, no one could have foreseen the child getting injured, but he knew the situation ahead of time when he agreed. It wasn't until I said I was going to use tickets for the team & some visitors to get their snowballs that he started acting funny. As if he thought I wasn't going to keep count originally? Actually, I was keeping count for his sake: to make sure we didn't go over the amount without paying more, but of course a crook is a crook & he had to have taken it personal that I was going to keep count. Anyway, I never got a word in edgewise & he hung up on me because he went on rambling about his business & getting back to close it & that he told me that from the beginning but every time I tried to say ONE word, he dismissed me, talked over me & disrespected me! Then he HUNG UP IN MY FACE! I never raised my voice or got to voice my concerns. Please use another Snobiz if you need this service. Thank ya kindly!
My 3yr old likes to stop here everyday if she could. Lately the juice has been bitter and has no sweet taste. It tastes like bitter ice. My 3yr old didn't even want hers and she never turn them down. It was just those 2 times. We will still be going back.
Customer service is terrible and as I was walking out the store my lid came off and I spilled half of my sno cone
