The food was and service was great. My daughter had the cheeseburger and fries and I the burger steak w/gravy, macaroni and green beans.
Today, I ordered the Creole hamburger steak (well) with mashed potatoes and green beans....what I got was a COLD regular hamburger steak (medium rare) with NO mashed potatoes and NO green beans. The photo clearly shows my order written on the ticket vs what they CHOSE to give me. I paid for this lesson.
Wow, they really know how to make chicken fried steak. mmmmm yummy! Great customer service and excellent comfort food. Mashed potatoes are homemade and gravy is delicious. The green beans were so full of delicious flavor, I had to take them home.
Great food, even better service! Parking was kind of "weird" (you'll see when you get there!lol) but the service was wonderful and they have this section that has glass garage doors that basically let you be OUTSIDE but still be inside the restaurant. (Which worked out great with my wife the Covid Commander!lol) When we are in Jackson again, DEFINITELY stopping buy!??
Great customer service, fast, and correct order! Got the bacon cheeseburger with onion rings as a side. Highly recommend to anyone in fondren looking for a good burger!
The burgers are huge and cooked to order! The chicken is juicy and delicious. Wait staff does a tremendous job making sure your food lands in front of you. Fabulous kitchen staff! If it's wrong they will make it right! Always a great time at Rooster's!
The food is pretty good. The one thing I don’t like are the separate menu items. For example, I usually order a burger. But it is listed as a standalone item. I have to order my fries separately. My drink is separate as well. I go there anticipating a final bill of at least 15 dollars.
Incredible. David was so sweet to our son and went out of his way to make sure we had a good meal. Highly recommend! This family from Iowa will definitely be back!

We were coming home from a trip to Biloxi and heading back home to St Charles Mo with 6 other couples. Everyone loved their food and my husband said that his red beans and rice was the best he had ever tasted. The workers were very accommodating and very friendly. We would all recommend this place and would also eat their again. Awesome!!!
