I ordered a 1/2 salad 1/2 cup of fruit for delivery for $13. I was upsettingly surprised to see my cup of fruit was not with my order. When I called back, the first woman I spoke to said they can not deliver my fruit but they can give a $5 credit that I would have to use in 30 days. I was not pleased with that answer so I asked to speak to the manager. While I was explaining I do not want a credit that has to be used within 30 days for a mistake they did, the manager started cutting me off and raising her voice and told me if I don’t like that answer then I can call back at 2 o’clock to speak to the owner Hays. When I asked for her name, she said it was Amanda; however, I decided to call back just to double check and someone else said her name is Carla is I don’t even know which one is true!!! I hate I even ordered from them today! What’s crazy is, they usually have attitudes but this one just took the cake!!!!
The pace is always fast and friendly,just the way I like it!!! Plus I use to work there so I know for a fact everything is always fresh,the owner doesn't play about his food!!!
Not bad if you can't make it to salad bar.Not the best customer service but good salads. A bit on the pricey side.
I will NEVER order Room Service again! Me and my coworkers made a group order and I called their location to pay for my order since I was paying with a card, I even gave the driver a $5 tip! The 1st issue I had was that they claimed I made a separate order (which I did NOT) so while my coworkers received their orders I had to wait for the driver to come back with my order (mind you I am 7 months pregnant and hungry)! The 2nd issue is that I ordered a Washington salad which is suppose to come with chicken, bacon, eggs, walnuts, raisins, sunflower seeds, grapes, mushrooms and bagel chips……From the picture you can clearly see I did NOT get mushrooms or bacon!! I will never order a salad from this restaurant ever again l, I will take my money somewhere else! As a pregnant woman I will NEVER forget this horrible experience!!
Best vegetarian sandwich in town!! The only problem was trying to fit it into my mouth. I was motivated, though. Delicious!!

The owner of this business is the rudest person in the food industry I’ve ever met. He doesn’t care about a single customer because, and I quote, “I serve 2,000 lunches a day and losing your business won’t affect me one bit.”I would highly advise steering clear of this place! Rudest man I’ve ever talked to.Take your business elsewhere around Jackson! Other folks will take care of you a MILLION times better and with MUCH better food!!!Mr. Thompson, I hope those in your family are never treated how you treat customers.Despicable.I would give this place ZERO stars if it were possible.
I only eat my Mississippi salad because it's so good just can't get past it. Employees are very polite.
I have to agree, this place should be called Rude Service! I picked up a salad today and return to work with about 2 pounds of bacon on my Greek salad that does not come with bacon. I called and spoke with a young lady on the phone that told me to bring it back and that I would not be charged and they would have the correct salad ready for me when I got there. I was greeted by the owner son and when I ask for my money that I was told I would get back because I had gone back to work on my lunch break and had to return to get the correct salad. He asked me where do I work and giggled and said he would like to see me get my money back. The owner came out just to add more insult to injury. He told me that they have hundreds of Rondas that called in every day and they give the wrong food to someone. I ask for my money back. He gave it back and said good luck with wherever you try to eat lunch.
Salads are always fresh. I can eat them daily.
