This store really deserves no stars!!! My husband and I treated my parents to Red Lobster at the 6357 I-55, Jackson, MS 39213 location on yesterday (07-02-2022). My mother ordered the Seaside Shrimp Trio with Broccoli as one of her sides. Inside the Broccoli we noticed there was a maggot or some type of white worm in the Broccoli. I brought it to the waitress attention which then spoke with the manager. The manager tried to convince us that it was a stem of the Broccoli. No way, it had two little black eyes. So instead of removing that particular order off the ticket, the manager had the ordasity to ask us if we wanted another order of Broccoli. My husband asked the manager "if you saw this in your food would you eat it"? The manager replied "well I love Broccoli, I eat it all the time"! The manager never answered the question that was asked to him. He did give us a free dessert but as for my husband he just wanted the check so we could just pay and leave. Mind you not, Jackson, Ms is still under a boil water noticed so how were you all washing off the produces and how was you able to still be selling beverages. I really don't care to know. I just know that me and my husband used to eat there all the time but as of 07-02-2022, Red Lobster will never get our business again!!!

Delicious meal and good service. Not very busy at about 5 pm on a Wednesday. The restaurant seemed a bit run down (old), but the biscuits were as good as any I have had at any Red Lobster. My iced tea was cold and fresh and our server was pleasant and efficient. I enjoyed my meal.

I got the garlic shrimp skewers and they were horrible, tasted like dry cardboard. Also, you can see in the picture that the tea in the cup is a different color than the half gallon next to it ( the tea in the cup tasted like they mixed it with lemonade, it didn’t even come with ice) Do not recommend this place by any means.

My husband and I have not had Red Lobster in a while. A little disappointed with service but due to a shortage of food workers we were trying to be patient. The waitress was new. We had to keep reminding her about requests we made. The main course took awhile. The food was just ok. The waitress had us stacking and handing her the empty dishes. She had problems trying pay the bill then had us use the self pay machine on the table that was also not working right, finally the manager paid it. Whew, I love Red Lobster but we’ll probably go to a different location next time.

Customer service sucks. We stood and waited 20 min just for hostess to come. She never showed so some older guy came to get our names and he was rude and dismissive. We finally got seated 9 min before closing, mind you we got there at like 9:05 and there were hardly any guests there. The food was not worth the wait! At least our server was half way decent. Other than that this has been my least enjoyable dining experience.

Got here at 11:00 am about 3 cars in lot waited 30 minutes for table there was one other party in our section it is now 12:40 no food yet only water service is so slow like snail mail. The food was wonderful when it came. guess I will caulk this up to not having staff

Poor service. The restaurant was not full. Maybe 10 customers. An employee on the way out greeted us. It took another 15 minutes to get seated then another 10 for waiter to come to table. He came out the back so he was not waiting on anyone. He only had 2 tables. Ordered all you can eat. Waited 20 minutes for refill. Awful service. The food was good
