These people are so incompetent it’s ridiculous. There’s no way I just sat in that drive thru 30 minutes for a two can dine and still didn’t receive my entire order correctly. Just lost for words . Get to the window and the lady asked me what did I order? Throw the whole Popeyes away!!
Food is always fresh and hot when I order it. The line is usually a bit of a wait but like I said the food is always fresh and hot!
Tonight was a rainy night. No one came to the speaker while i sat with my window cracked waiting for someone to ask me to place my order. Got to the window and the cashier got an attitude because i didnt wait and continue to get rained on at the speaker. Had a coupon for 14pc 2 large sides 7 biscuts. Recieved 14 pc of unseasoned chicken 2 sides and 5 biscuts. Such a horrible visit. I shouldve went to CHURCHES.
TODAY WAS A GOOD DAY!!!!!I visited the Popeyes on Clinton blvd in Jackson, MS today at or around 330pm.I was greeted upon giving my order ??My order was PERFECT everything was in my bag condiments and napkins.Just an all around Perfect experienceI called Ms. Shemika (I think that’s her name) personally tell her about my experience andKeep up the good work ??

Tonight I must say the crew at Popeyes on Clinton Boulevard in Jackson Mississippi made my night the customer service was excellent even though I didn’t have my order together she stay patient with me once I ordered my food and receive it everything was fresh and it was exactly what I ordered nothing less nothing more I was please I called the store and thank them for the well done job tonight
I am very impressed with the customer service at this location, it's family friendly environment, with very friendly people working at the front counter.
All I wanted was Hotttt chicken and baby it was Hottt good job
