I'm so disappointed....I haven't had Popeyes chicken in so long...I decided to stop for some...my chicken was warm..with no famous Popeye seasoning it was bland...and the Cajun Rice was dry.
One of the best!! I come all the way from rankin county just to come to this Popeyes. Chicken always fresh and the customer service is always a 10. I will recommend this particular Popeyes!
Came all the way from Brandon ms just to eat at Popeyes on 80 Jackson ms!! Chicken fresh outstanding customer service and clean environment inside and out!! GOTTA LOVE THAT CHICKEN FROM POPEYES!!
The service was great but chicken is not the same anymore....it used to have this great spicy taste
Paris Davis worked very delicate and with speed to get my order out . she also offered me condiments and she smiled a lot while serving my order. the team here is AWESOME ?
Destiny was my server and had very good energy also the cashiers had positive attitudes and were very patient and waited til i got my order together .
The service was great however it seems that the chicken was re-fied from the day before. The chicken was extremely dry the texture was horrible and it was extremely hard. I had already returned to work before I realized it and had a large order that also included my coworkers. They had the same results. I have never had such a horrible experience at Popeyes but please ask the cooks not to use old chicken to serve
Very friendly staff and they got our food together quickly. It was delicious. My family of 4 ate here today during a rain storm. They checked to see if we needed anything. Bathrooms were also clean. I would definitely eat here again.

If i could rate 0 stars i would. Pulled up at 855 pm. Woman on the speaker had a horrible attitude. I did not spend my hard earned money there. I pulled off immediately and wont go there again. Worst popeyes in jackson
