TERRIBLE Experience! I live in another state. I got an email saying someone ordered carry out & paid cash. I logged into my pizza hut app & my points went from 380 to 80. Someone used my rewards points. I called the store in Jackson, a lady answered that was very unprofessional. She kept repeating herself saying I don't know. I asked her if she wanted the order # for this fraudulent order or if I need to file a police report. She hung up on me!
I enjoy pizza hut pizza, I have been eating from pizza hut a very long time. Very good customer service and very good pizza.
The pizza was greasy cardboard. The cashier was friendly and the building was clean.
Pizza was ordered with extra sauce and extra cheese, came out overcooked with little to no sauce and regular cheese. Wings were great. Second time the same thing has happened. Will likely try another store or different chain for next order
My last order I received a free 2 topping medium pizza and an order of fries and cheese sticks. The pizza was okay but the cheese stick were barely cut and the marina sauce was entirely too sweet. I ordered the fries for my daughter and they were barely any fries in the container, to be $3 I would say I was overcharged. If you could maybe work on pizza cutting skills and possibly change the sauce recipe it would be greatly appreciated.
The people working should be more professional not playing loud music and the pizza should not be hard like a brick the food was horrible
Make the order as it was ordered, as well as not over cooking the pizzas.
Follow up when a complaint is made.I made a call because the pasta was spoiled. The manager was to call the next day. I still haven't heard from her.
Put enough sauce meat and garlic spread on the crust make sure its not burnt
