I’m not really sure why this place is rated so well. We walked in and this place was absolutely empty. That should have been a sign for us to leave. My husband ordered a meatball sandwich, and I ordered chicken Alfredo. The sauces tasted like generic jarred sauces, and the meat tasted like it had been frozen, not fresh. It appears people took a hint from the name and got lost on the way to Lost Pizza. Do yourself the same.

Called to place a order for carry out and the lady said it’s to late then hung up on me without saying bye I must say she was rude

They’re very rude , they said hold on , and as I waited 5 mins , they hung up . It took me three times calling back to get an answer . Then as I started placing my order she started talking to the employer and put the phone done without saying hold on . They need new management or better training !
I don’t even usually take the time to write reviews, but this experience was absolutely DESPICABLE. I have been eating Pizza Hut for years and it was really disappointing to receive such poor customer service. Myself and a friend ordered pizza over the phone and received it over an hour late. When calling and complaining about this because it was definitely not acceptable, all the STORE MANAGER did was apologize for the inconvenience and offered nothing in place of it. When the pizza finally did make it to our location, we only had a $100 bill to pay for it. We did not know that they don’t accept those bills. Instead of just letting us have the simple order (a pizza and a cookie pizza) they took it back to the restaurant. I couldn’t believe this happened, so of course we called the restaurant. The STORE MANAGER was very rude again. I asked him what he was going to do about this, and he kept apologizing. He then proceeded to tell me if I wanted my order to come get it from the store. This was the worse experience in customer service and it discourages me from purchasing pizza from Pizza Hut. The location is the Pizza Hut located in Maywood Mart in Jackson, MS.
Run! This pizza hut does not respect their customers. On more than one occasion, my pizzas were OLD. They cook pizzas way ahead of time then give you the ones that taste like they have been sitting out for hours. If you order another topping, they will just add the other toppings to an old pizza then reheat. I complained about this through email and customer service sent me a code for free pizzas. Honestly, I don't want to waste my time using the free pizza coupon because it is just that nasty. The reason why I am so mad is because I buy additional food whenever I use the coupon. The only time I received good pizza was when I ordered during the daytime on a weekday. Please do better so you wont lose another customer. The Cinnabon dessert taste like plastic with cream on it. The only food item that tastes good is the chocolate chip cookie.
This place is soo unprofessional and so rude! Very poor customer service at all! Takes about two damn hours just for one simple order!! They rarely answer the phone and the have poor attitudes! Do not order from here!!
I usually love Pizza Hut but this location ( Maywood Mart) is the worst!! Every time I order from them something is wrong with my order! The crust isn’t right, it’s over cooked, they don’t tell you they’re out of something until the last minute, customer service sucks, incorrect order! I’m Done ordering from here! Or maybe I’m done with Pizza Hut altogether ?
