Not ordering from there again. They delivered my 2 pizzas but not my pepsi colas. I called back. They said they will send someone back to bring them. They come back and only bring one. ?
The food was great but the delivery driver they had with door dash was horrible
Pizza Hut has great pizza etc. It’s always fresh,hot and tasty. I Love Pizza Hut!
This has to be the worse location in Jackson, after ordering my food I called the store due to all of the drink options not being available online, the 1st person I spoke with placed me on hold to simply provide me with the beverage that I wanted she then hung up on me after waiting on hold for 5 mins. I then attempted to call the store back and the next young lady placed me on hold and then once again I was hung up on. I tried calling back multiple times after and no one would answer the phone after that. Since I ordered online and wanted delivery which the site gives an estimated time of 25-35 min delivery after waiting and hour the pizza finally left the store it’s now been an hour from when my pizza left the store (5mins down the road) it still hasn’t arrived. Now the store is closed Pizza Hut rather franchise or not you outta be ashamed of yourselves. Never again and you will give my money back delivery fee and all.
I ordered a thin crust it was so hard it crumbled
This order was for curbside, however no one ever came and I had to go inside. The pizza did not look or taste fresh and the wings barely had sauce but was full of oil.
My entire order was wrong when I made it home. Everything on my order was wrong or either they gave me the wrong order!
When people go online to place a delivery order why do I have to pick it up. If I want to pick it up I would have ordered it that way
I ordered two personal pan pizzas, they were cut into 8 pieces just like the large ones which made them difficult to handle, also the bottom of them were stuck to the pan during cooking so parts were missing.
They made me wait 30 mins after my order said it was ready to get my wings. Then the overcooked the wings
