My Pizza Hut experiences never fail me! I'm always happy and delighted with the service, the time it take for preparation, cost, and last but certainly not least; the TASTE! in my opinion, the best pizza restaurant hands down!
I did an online order. My grilled chicken stuffed crust pizza was made to perfection. My 6 piece hot wings were good, BUT THEY ONLY GAVE ME 5 wings. They are expensive. I am pregnant so I didn’t go back. I just ate the food. The Cheesy bread sticks were a bit burnt, so I will probably just eat the top of those. I GAVE THIS PLACE 4 STARS BECAUSE IT WAS DELICIOUS. THE ORDER COULD USE SOME WORK. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OKAY. THEY WERE REALLY QUICK ABOUT HANDING ME MY FOOD, SO THAT WAS AWESOME! The POTHOLES THERE WILL SEND YOU IN A MAZE JUST TO GET TO THE WINDOW. LOL. But overall pretty good. I’d go back. They usually get everything 100% right, just not this time.
I was having GPS difficulties and couldn’t get there in time to pick up my mobile order before they closed. I called the next morning and Jennifer was really helpful with great customer service. She remade my order for me and it was hot/fresh!!!!
If you want quality food and quality customer service DO NOT order food from here. These people are lazy and just do not care about the food they prepare or the customer. If you want pizza PLEASE consider other options. I'm saving you time, frustration, wasted money if they even accept your order and waiting to get it back once they cancel when you use a card. Just go elsewhere please...
Their front end girl was AMAZING! I got EVERYTHING i needed with a smile! Our favorite Pizza place now...3 rd times a charm, we're hooked!
Horrible customer service. Waited 3 hours for an order that I never received!! I called store manager and she said it was out for delivery. Because I got a text an hour ago saying that it was. I live 5mins away and she said yes but I never received it. I’m currently waiting on a refund . No one called or anything to follow up just horrible first and last time I will ever order from here
I never recived my order it was sent to another address. I called the location several times no one answered. I went to the location for a refund but was told I could not do so. Also, I called the number they recalled giving to a door dash driver and I called this person, and no answer as well. So I called corporate for a refund and I never got my food and went to bed hungry.
Hire better employees because the ones there now are so rude. They cancelled my order before checking with me to see if i would rather come pick it up after i waited 2 hours for my order. The pizza hut on highway 80 in Jackson ms is the worst!
The pizza was dry and over cooked. I requested extra sauce and there was barely any sauce. Very disappointed?
When I pre order my pizza, and when I picked it up it was hot and freshly made. I really enjoyed it!
