I need to write this review. Ordered around 12:02 pm. Pick up confirmation at 12:08. I went to pick up and guy told me give him 2 mins. I gladly waited. There was only 1 black guy working that time. And boy let me tell you, this is the best pizza i have ever eaten! Very fresh. Hot and tasty. Wings too so tender juicy.! I will come back :)Thank you to whoever is that worker that time.
Too much sauce. Way too greasy. I will not be going back. The girl that cooked my food wasn't wearing a hair net.
It may take a while for delivery but other than that everything is spot on about Papa John's
Don't call them, use the app. you'll never get a human, at least during peak hours you'll be listening to the same recording for 20 minutes. food is usually good though
Mostly good experiences here. Delivery is typically slow ish, so plan a good 1hr to 1 1/2 hours for delivery. They typically only have 1 or 2 drivers max. We normally do carry out and they have always been very fast. They are definitely trying their best! We ordered a cute jack o lantern pizza and it was adorable. Also, if you have not ordered the stuffed crust, do it. It’s way better than Pizza Hut. Hands down. The pizza is always super yummy. Highly recommend for carry out. I recommend delivery, but make sure you order like 1 1/2 hours before you REALLY need it. Thank you!

Absolutely Horrible , My delivery was late beyond exception. I wasn’t even called to be updated on my order or that it would a while until I got it. I called and the manager insisted that there was nothing he could do and blamed it on short staff. My initial wait time was 45 mins, after the 45 mins I called and my wait was pushed back and additional “30-45” mins. Extremely Unprofessional.

I place a order at 4:15pm and it now 5:37 I call them at 5:06 to see we’re my order at and they said they just left and I haven receive it yet. I will never order for them again the customer service suck.
