I brought my family here with my service dog. I was astounded by the level of care the staff gave us and my dog! They even asked for permission to give her a meatball which meant the world to me. The staff were friendly and professional and the food was outstanding!
Overall good. I was greeted at the door by Evon, who mosied over while texting, not at all concerned that a guest was waiting to be seated. I wasn’t even sure if she actually worked there, based on her demeanor. But once I got to the table, that all changed. My server, Diamond, was attentive, friendly, helpful- she knows how to earn a tip. The food was, as I’ve grown to expect from Olive Garden- a decent ‘pre-packaged’ Italian style meal. I mean, let’s face it- it’s not real Italian, but it is good. I was disappointed that they took chicken piccata off the menu! That was my favorite go-to when I’m not in the mood for something tomato-based. They were also out of Starborough Sauvignon Blanc, but I can’t hold that against them, because there are supply shortages currently. I ended up with lasagna which came out in a huge portion, so no complaints there. It was literally enough for two meals. Got a cheesecake with strawberry topping to go. So, to be continued…
Great local olive garden location. Well put together. Nice ambiance. Nice prices. Great customer service. Well managed and well kept. My food was wonderful and tasty. I definitely had no complaints.
I just want to say this was the most outstanding Olive Garden I’ve ever been to. The food was amazing and our server, Quev, was fabulous! Ask for her if you go. Super kind and friendly and helpful on menu choices. Fantastic experience!
Sat at the bar because of the wait line. Was amazing, great drinks, food, staff and service. Could tell staff was working hard while trying to meet everyone's needs while packed and they did a great job! We left full and happy ?
Ordered chicken alfredo and they gave me some concoction with spaghetti noodles, they said it was because they ran out of fettucini, but they never told me. My mother's spaghetti was crunchy and cold. Manager wasn't helpful. Every table in our vicinity was dissatisfied, literally saw where three other tables after us were complaining - complaint after complaint. Also, while we were waiting in line, a bus load of about 25 people came in behind us, and were seated, all at once, before us, at a restaurant that doesn't take reservations. Also they gave us plastic utensils. Nobody ate their food, we paid for the bread sticks and drinks and left.
As a former Darden employee, I am so impressed with the complete experience I received tonight. The bartender, Qwev, was perfect from start to finish. My drink was cold, my food was hot, and she catered to my every need. Additionally, the manager on duty, Curtis, went out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly. Solid customer service across the board.
We had a very nice time here. The food was what one would expect for an Olive Garden. Our server, Angela, really stood out in a strongly positive way.
Paid ahead shortly after receiving our meal (with a generous tip), because waitress would have had to wait until we left, as we were her last table for the night. However, closing hours was 4 hours later. Waited for more than an hour later, not one single employee in the whole establishment checked back to replenish refills, unlimited alfredo dipping sauce (which cost extra) for bread sticks, etc. It was not an issue of not being seen. Side of establishment our party was seated became empty. Only the other side had patrons.
I am not usually one to leave a review but mrs CHERRY!!!! She was so kind and just blew my expectations for my lunch today out of the water. I don’t know if it was the short wait, her genuine smile and care for my meeting I needed to get to, or her passion for her job, but I just felt the need to highlight her! The meal was awesome too. A great deal for the salad and breadstick lunch! Will be back!
