People were nice. We did pick up and on 2 of the orders with tofu, they just left it off. On the burritos, they were practically just rice. Several toppings were missing. I would have appreciated a heads up when we picked up the order.
Food was pretty good. My rice was a little crunchy and the drink machine was out of half the options. But the restaurant was clean and the workers were nice.
My customer experience there sucked badly last Sunday afternoon. All of the workers didn't greet ,the energy were dry, I reallydidn'tfeel welcomed. Not one said welcome to Moe's....!! I missed the energy, I guess it's only done when the Boss is there.
Very sloppy, unorganized, and dysfunctional. Wells needed to be flipped and and cleaned staff behind the counter didn't even speak to take the order the just picked up utensils and that was the que to order. Also, earpods on the line isn't a great look.
This wasn't the norm " welcome to Moe's" all I got was hello welcome to Moe's like all the employees were tired. By the time I make it up to the counter the server continued to to with his buddy about the schedule. So I patiently waited 45 seconds went by yes I was counting. I said Homewrecker please lite rice then he continues to talk to his coworker about work at the same time dumping rice into my bowl like he instantly forgot was I told him. Right lite rice by this time I'm like whatever. At the end I was asked did I want a drink to go with my order I said yes please. Once again this new guy didn't ask me what size. Just here take this size. The food was great just custumer service was horrible today. The only person I spoke with that was sweet and kind was the lady refilling the sauce for the chips.
My family ate at Moss in Jackson Mississippi on Sunday, March 20th at about 4:30pm.I had a ground beef taco.My daughter had a steak burritoBUT my wife had a chicken burrito.3 hours later my wife was violently vomiting !MOES SERVED BACTERIA LADEN CHICKEN.I did not see one thermometer in any of their holding bins!I believe that they allowed that chicken to sit on the line and did not hold it at 165° therefore allowing bacteria to grow in the chicken.AFTER about an hour violently vomiting it started coming out the other end. diarrhea like water !Definitely FOOD POISONING !I WILL NEVER GO TO MOES IN JACKSON MISSISSIPPI AGAIN,My daughter goes to Belhaven University and I will not allow her to go there either.I WARN YOU …. Do not risk your life by eating at Moes !I called and spoke to the manager on duty … He was clueless.IF THEY DO NOT KEEP THERMOMETERS IN THEIR HOLDING BINS THEY ARE RISKNG PEOPLE’S LIVES.JUST LIKE Chipotle a few years back ! Chipotle killed people!These mexican fast food joints, set up like subway are KILLING PEOPLE BECAUSE THEIR YOUNG ADULT WORKERS DO NOT HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE TO PROPERLY HANDLE FOOD !!!THEY DO NOT CARE.I suggest you go to a Mexican restaurant that does not keep their food on display for bacteria to grow wild.I MAY HAVE A LAWSUIT HERE !
We loved this Moe’s location for the first few years it was open, but in the last couple years it seems to have gone downhill a bit. No more of that Moe’s cheer. Food still tastes good, but the food preparation looks sloppy and sometimes questionable.
The food was really good, wasn't so happy with the staff. Seemed very irritated, I know it was hard to hear with mask on but showed no patience
I hadn't been to a Moe's in many years. The last time I ate at Moe's was in Moss Point, MS in 2014 or so. It was a great experience then and this last time when I went to the one in Jackson, MS it was absolutely fantastic, I can say without a doubt they keep the quality in the food they serve. Great job Moe's, keep it up, I can't wait to go back!
They where so slow only to finally get waited on then find out the one specialty bowl item I wanted, they didn't have. By all means put a sign up or something letting us know, since we don't have nothing but time apparently to read and wait.
