Ok I get it's mcdonald's fast food is what it is but please try to serve fresh food
Depending on which one you go to, this is Mississippi in the summer and one location always says the ice cream machine is not working, BUT if you drive a few minutes more to a different area their machines are always working ? make it make sense
After several attempts to get the order right I just gave up. I understand that y'all have to go by a picture but when the ticket says plain dang burger no cheese no lettuce tomato mustard ketchup mayonnaise just meat and bread how can you mess that up not once or twice 3 x to get it wrong again . Most McDonald's get it in two wrong ways but 3 x and never got it right come on now . Had to go to burger king ? to get it. If you choose to eat here I would not leave the drive thru window until like me sit there for them to keep getting it wrong. Better training and if the lobby is closed sometimes you might want to lock the door have my family stand there and nobody says anything until lobby is closed. I can't tell. Training go back learn how to read the special order ticket and not just a picture

service has greatly improved. Friendly staff. Today they were out of tea but cashier went through the whole list of beverages. Fries didn't have salt.
I ordered from the drive thru, check your order people before pulling away from window. They put a McDouble in My double quarter pounder with cheese box very disappointed in the switch.
While I usually get decent service here, I and several other cars were made to wait in line for several minutes without any clear explanation as to why. I’m not sure if it was staffing shortages or simply the workers didn’t care to serve…
Terrible service for their mobile order curbside pick up. Waited for more than 30 minutes and still no food ready for us. Talked to their employees at least 3 times and still can't get the problem straight out. Terrible!
I have never been treated nice here always ignored and treated with greeted with unfriendly faces. The employees I come in contact with are always rude and have no customer service skills. The food is always good when I'm actually served..
Rude employees and terrible service. Food was cooked to long and tasted awful as well, but bad attitudes are worse than bad food.
