Idk if you guys can’t read, can’t comprehend or both, but I shouldn’t have to get in line multiple times for 3 combos.…….The food was good though
Not friendly... Rude... Snappy... No receipt paper... Wrong pie box for the pies ordered... And when you are just trying to confirm that your order is correct the management staff snappy... Very unprofessional experience... Customer service I will give a 1....

Ordered at 10:53p. Was told that I never paid, which I paid in cash and was told that I needed to show my receipt. Was then told to pull up and 15 min later was given food. I asked why it took 15 mins and was told because they understaffed. I completely understand that but I want communication letting me know it’s going to be a bit. I was the only car in the line. Girl then proceeds to say she was the GM at Raymond Sonic and that I drive a small car yet I’m fat. I hope she’s not a manager, but I will be contacting whomever I need to so I can share my HORRIBLE experience.
The drivethru was unacceptably congested and it was a double drivethru... SMH... 2 top it off this not the first time my food has not been fresh .. meaning it was pre made and barely warm...BLAHHHHH

They were very patient. I really liked them. God bless them. Food arrived very fast.
Since they changed the grease the fries taste less like McDonald's Fries... but it's new and looks better
